“Excellent location”

The hotel is close to both bus and railway station, shopping centre, theatre and castle making it a great base to explore Inverness. The hotel staff were very helpful and nothing was any trouble for them, the room was clean and adequate for our stay. Will definitely stay here again

“Only a few mintes walk from the town centre and magnificent bars”

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean & modern. Blackout curtains were good and the windows were double glazed, so the room was nice and quiet. Wifi did not work in the room but worked OK in the bar & lounge area. I was disappointed that the bar did not stock any Scottish beer, but only international beers. I did not come to Scotland to drink Corona!

“Inverness Centre”

The hotel situated on a central Inverness street is very unpreposessing from the outside but the rooms are modern and clean and the service is good. I booked through Expedia and got a great deal but it didn't include breakfast. However once I arrived breakfast was offered as an extra very cheaply. Try and ask for rooms on the top floor as there is a nightclub right next to the hotel; the noise from the club on Friday and Saturday nights never reached me on the 5th floor.

“Would definitely use again”

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. We stayed about 6 weeks ago on our own as a couple but this time, were accompanied by two friends as we enjoyed it so much the last time. Excellent location and convenient for everything from shopping to resturaunts to nightlife. The only critisism I have is that the hotel room could use some drawers or cupboards for smaller items of clothing - but this is only a small fault and did not in any way detract from our break

“Nice hotel in middle of Inverness”

We recommend this hotel. It is probably ideal for business travellers, but as a couple we found it more than suitable for us. It was clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly. Note the parking is in a parking garage about 100m away, but the cost of parking is very cheap, and there is no where to pull up in a car outside the hotel (which is on a main road).

“Good experience”

The hotel was very close to the train station which was excellent , all the staff on the reception were foreign and found some of their accents rather difficult to understand but sure they had diddiculty with our scottish accents to . The rooms were very clean and comfortable with only a couple of minor problems the fan did not work in our room and the phone in my sisters room did not work and we had problems with one of the key cards had to change it 4 times I would go back to the hotel and tell my friends about it to

“Brilliant break”

We were very satisfied with the hotel room very bright and airy, lovely bathroom. The location was very good right in the middle of the city centre close to all the night life and shopping areas. There are lovely restaurants in Inverness that are quite reasonably priced.

“Good value for money”

Hotel clean, nice modern decor, bed comfy. 2 minute walk from station an centre of town. Rooms have nice shower no bath. Only slight black mark was I did ask for a taxi to be rung for the morning which never turned up (could have been the taxi firm's error I suppose) leading to a frantic run to the station taxi rank round the corner. Overall good value for money.
