I’m sad to say that we felt disappointed while staying here.
It was the most expensive and least appealing stay of our UK trip.
We were very thankful for the beautiful view of the Loch. And we were thankful for the kind and helpful staff.
Our disappointment came with the condition of the property. Though the room was very cute and updated, we had several problems.
The toilet wouldn’t flush, the shower wouldn’t drain, my husband had to fix the molding strip on the shower door to get it to close and the WiFi didn’t work.
We are always thankful for complimentary coffee and biscuits. However the biscuits were 4 months expired.
We loved the view of the loch. But if we looked down from our window, there was a lot of garbage on the ground in the area of the picnic tables.
The parking lot is VERY crowded and busy with tour busses. This brings a lot of noise as well.
I’m sorry to say we would not visit this hotel again. 🙁
