Fantastic welcoming from host, clean and comfortable guest house. Excellent place for single traveller's on business or leisure. Breakfast can be served as early as 7am so it is handy if you have early start. Breakfast can be requested evening before, breakfast tastes fresh and wholesome. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place within 5 minutes from city centre of Inverness to stay here.
We had a lovely night here and are sorry that we were not able to stay longer in this lovely place, but we were just passing through. We noticed that our hostess was very accommodating to the special requirements of other guests who were staying at the same time as us. We would very happily return here if we are ever in the area again.
Located on a one way street, but Garmin can find anything! Quiet, comfortable and friendly. jump-off point for driving to the north coast and Mey Castle. Wonderful trip! Even driving on the left side of the road became natural.

The owner Mairi was very nice, great location, great comfortable room and bed - excellent breakfast. Had good fun with 4 very friendly sheep dogs. I would definitely recommend this B&B for Ullapool, although it is approx. 10 miles outside the town.
Margaret was fantastic, really diligent and helpful. Had a fantastic stay. Its about a 30minute walk to the city Centre though which wasnt a problem for us. There are frequent buses nearby also if preferred.

We stayed for 3 nights whilst touring the west coast of Scotland. It proved to be an ideal base. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and our room was very comfortable. There were even toiletries in the room which we were not expecting!
Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of hot and cold food served very quickly.
Because we were touring and returning late in the evening we ate on route so did not eat in the bar or restaurant both of which seemed popular.
The hotel is well situated in Fort William with shops and amenities close by.
We would not hesitate to stay here again.

While not usually B&B stay-ers, we were exceptionally pleased with the friendliness and comfort of the room and host. We felt we had our privacy as well as a cheerful resource if we needed anything. Our host made a sincere effort to make us feel welcome and well cared for.
