“Very Impressed”

We stayed at the Radisson for one night on our way to Les 3 Vallees. The hotel was very nice, children friendly and with a good service. Our only grudge would be the bed mattess which was memory foam and not terribly back friendly.

“Needs update”

The hotel is in a great possition but has stayed in the 1980's and the rooms although very large are furnished in a very 80's style. The breakfast that w had included was ok but could have been better the booking refered to breakfast and free wifi well the wifi is free whatever you book so it is worth a thought. The restaurant in the hotel was expensive and had a very limited menu certainly not for simple eaters but there are many restaurants in the town and the prices are much more palletable.

La détente a été assurée! Les soins sont relaxants, le buffet copieux, la chambre lumineuse nécessite un rafraîchissement car moquette sale et papier peint se décolle (le lit est hyper confortable). Le personnel, souriant, est disponible. Proche rue commerçante piétonne, casino à voir et ballade à pied jsq lac en 25mn.

Hôtel très confortable mais services dans la chambre pas au niveau du prix : climatisation non réglable, pas de télécommande de télévision, traces suspecte dans les toilettes et parking en suplément. Par contre piscine et hamam gratuite

“Peu mieux faire”

Avec une telle infrastructure on peut s'attendre à davantage de finesse à la fois dans le service et dans les locaux. L'espace détente se transforme trop rapidement en piscine municipale.

“hotel radisson blu aix les bains”

cet hôtel peut être recommandé pour son emplacement . En revanche, les chambres auraient besoin d'être refaites.Elles font vieillottes, le papier un peu passé et la moquette est même usée par endroits. Devant l'hôtel, il y a des bacs de fleurs vides avec des mégots dedans.Pourquoi ne pas mettre quelques fleurs? Nous avions demandé une chambre avec deux lits.Au départ, ils nous ont donné une clé pour une chambre avec un grand lit aux motifs qu'Expedia ne leur aurait pas indiqué ce que l'on voulait.Avec notre insistance, une chambre avec deux lits nous fut alors donnée. Sinon, le personnel est en général très serviable.
