It was rough. Very pretty lobby but the agent helping get us checked in charged us after we had already paid and couldn't find a pen? Weird. Then our room was... weird. It was newly painted and pretty but there were odd things like rusting metal around the tub, and no toilet paper holder? Then the bed was ridiculously close to the wall but there was enough room on the other side of the bed for a whole other king that wasn't there... and the weirdest part-i had to plug my end table in because it was just thrown in there. Oh and the ac was creepy looking. There was also a hair and stains on our bed but we got in at 1am so we just tried to ignore it. But it grossed us out. There was also a whole in the closet. Super weird. Room 110 needs work. I really wanted this small location to be great but you can tell they don't have the money to really invest in making it good. Paint doesn't fix everything.

Rooms had stale smell.. The name of the hotel was not properly placed up.. My air conditioner unit was falling apart and the remote to the tv didn’t work properly.. I have stayed at better places..

This property is not what I originally expected. It looks like a brand new hotel online and when you first arrive, but once you get to the rooms, you can most definitely tell that this was an older building that wasn’t fully renovated, they used added a few new lighting etc to make look better, my air conditioner worked but it was damn near falling apart. Me and my partner refused to use the water from the bathroom to brush our teeth cause water was in the faucet looked disgusting. A couple of our pillow cases had stains in them. The hallways were loud when we were trying to get some rest. If you just need somewhere you rest your head while on a long trip then go ahead but if you’re looking for a nice and comfortable and quiet stay, I recommend you browse for more options. Also this review is based solely off my experience.

The website was completely wrong-the room was advertised as having a pull-out couch and free roll-away bed, the hotel had neither. The sign outside the hotel had not been updated with the correct name which made it almost impossible to find. The fitness room consisted of two machines one of which was broken, and the lights did not even come on in the fitness room! The room we stayed in was decent, but the hotel itself needs alot of work before it could be called "Grand!"

I stayed for 3 nights, the room was very large and spacious with high ceilings. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The walls are definitely thin so it can get a little noisey and some issues with the sink and shower. The bed was SUPER comfortable, and that alone would make me want to go back. Overall it was a good stay.

I am not someone who reviews every place I ever go to. However, it is necessary in this case to let people know what they are getting into. The place is really opening too early after their renovation. There are no phones in the rooms and nothing in terms of decor. It's just beds, a long slender sitting/laying bed/couch and a desk. It just feels empty you like expect an echo in the room. There were people making loud noise past 2am that was unwelcome. I told the front desk (again, could not call down there). Not sure if they did anything or not but they were receptive to the complaint. The noise continued. Breakfast in the morning was pretty bare bones, but it was something. That said, the place is serviceable if you need a cheap place to stay. Prices may be lower than average right now since they just opened prematurely. It could turn into a decent place as the renovation looks fairly nice. It's just a little rough around the edges right now.

This place had no trash can, no toilet paper roll holder, dirty sheets, dirty shower, shower door was broken, toilet didn't work properly. This place is a dump!! It's not even named the Grand Savannah on the sign either. It's a bait and switch, DO NOT stay here!!

Felt like you get what you pay for kind of place. The walls were very thin and we could hear the tv or talking from the next room. Lots of the workmanship on the renovations seemed very cheaply or unprofessionally done (pencil markings from measurements, wrong light bulbs in light fixtures, bathroom door didn’t lock, etc). Though the place was still nice overall and we would return.

Not ready for occupancy. No towel racks, toilet paper holder, no bath mat, shower door doesn't operate properly, toilet so low it is like sitting on the floor.

It is no longer the Grand Savannah. Owned by someone else. The building and the front lobby are stunning. Our room was not. The floors were dirty. The shower floor was disgusting. There was no tiolet paper or a place ro hang it. The hallway to our room was dirty and you could write your name on the dust on the windows

Bang for your buck
Service was great, the staff was very friendly and cooperative. The facility was clean. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was sustainable but was the only thing mediocre about the stay. Facility had sign of being an older structure but it showed that the staff worked hard to keep the facility clean. Would definitely stay again.

It was a great stay over all other the. A few things. We checked in late so they had issues finding our rsvp. So it took 30 min to check in. Got to the room it’s a great room. Other then had a half a roll of toilet paper. With 4 of us that went quick and 1 bed had a bed protector for a blanket. I waited down stairs to ask for more toilet paper and no one ever came after ringing the bell multiple times and waited 30 min. So I went a grab it out of the bathroom down stairs. And not much to choose from for breakfast. Bed was very comfy pillows could be better they were flat. Nice big showers too

Da es gerade wieder neu eröffnet hatte waren hier und dort ein paar Kleinigkeiten, z.B. Geräusche & etwas Dreck von den Handwerkern und noch nicht getauschte/reparierte Möbel. Alles in allem aber zu empfehlen, auch wegen dem freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Personal.
