“Nice place”

This was a nice hotel. The room was comfortable. We had a king size bed and a sofa bed. Since we had our adult son with us it provided what we needed. The chair and ottoman in our room did look ready for replacement and our swipe cards were erased twice making entry to our room frustrating a couple of times. I have to say that even those couple of issues were minor things. I would stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to family and friends.

“Nicely decorated and clean - Decent value in Saskatoon”

I enjoyed my stay. It was very quiet and the rooms were very clean. There were some great features like the flat screen TV, microwave, fridge and nice carpet, art, etc. However, the bathroom vanity was kind of a contrast in that it was a cheap white melamine vanity which was kind of strange considering everything else seemed to be of better value. They didn't have conditioner or eye makeup remover..a couple items that most women appreciate. Overall, I would recommend the hotel. It really was incredibly quiet and the room was clean, modern and spacious. Service was pleasant and efficient.

Provided comfortable and quiet accommodations for an overnight stay prior to catching an early morning flight from the airport. Convenient location to the Saskatoon airport.

“Don't bother”

Hotel was expensive even for expedia and booked 2 double bed room and found out when we arrived at 1am that this was not available and we were given a king bed with pullout couch for both nights or take the first night with 2 beds and hope for a cancellation which we opted for. The matresses were terribly flat and uncomfortable and we had 2 pillows each that were even worse, also the A/C unit was loud obnoxious walmart wall unit that was lying basically on the floor. Blood was on my roommates mattress as well and the bathroom sucked. Place had a big tube tv as well, just reeked of oldness and not well kept at all.

Hotel was very clean. Location is great, close to where I needed to be.

“Unimpressed”

-Asked for extra blankets and a pillow - never showed up -asked for extra towels-never showed up -old used tea bag in the coffee maker-GROSS and filthy -key to room was a pain in the butt, worked poorly requiring many tries to get door to open, very frustrating -overall attitude of desk staff-apathetic -work out room(gym) a joke-a tread mill and a bow flex does not equal a work out room -pool area a mad house-no-one controlling children or behavior in pool=unpleasant experience at pool and hot tub. Unfortunately some assemblance of order needs to be enforced by hotel staff in pool area, or no-body enjoys the area -overall atmosphere of hotel was unfriendly. Without saying such the implication recieved was : "if you don't like it go elsewhere!" -floor in room was filthy, ie) needed to be shampooed

The price paid was extremely high for the small, uncomfortable room where wireless access was not available as promised.
