“Tried again”

Stayed in this hotel a long time ago and it went downhill. Decided to try again, and was pleasantly surprised. Everything was good and the on site restaurant is very good.

“Good quality for price paid”

We thought the hotel was just fine. The rooms would be more convenient with the bathroom door swinging outward vs. inward as there is not a lot of room in there. TV guide to help find channels would also help. Other than that the room was comforatble and clean. We had no problem getting around with the wheelchair either- plenty of room and doors wide enough. My wife was actually impressed that the maid had found some of my son's clothes in the bed and they were neatly folded and placed on top of the bed upon return. The fridge was great- the temperature control in the room was good. Overall very satisfied and better than some we've paid more for.

Area recommendations
Major construction in summer of 2010 on 8th St bridge. Accessible to that area is not easy if you are'nt familiar with the city. Stick to Circle Drive or Idlewyld Ave locations during this period. Downtown is beautiful with parks and bridges. A couple of good golf courses, loved The Willows.

“It was a great place for the price.”

It was easy to get around the city. We were close to Circle Drive and you can get anywhere from there.
