It was close to the airport and clean. It had a nice bathroom and I enjoyed having a small couch to sit on instead of the bed.

No surprises here…this Hilton property lives up to the brand reputation. The common areas were clean, conveniently situated, and pleasantly designed for comfort. The staff was professional, friendly, and quick to respond to our needs. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The hot tub was clean and the temperature was perfect. Outside seating was so pretty and surprisingly quiet considering the hotel is situated on the same road as the airport. The breakfast buffet was okay, really just as expected. We showed up late for the buffet and the staff let us eat without rushing us. The room was clean and modern. The A/C worked well.

This hotel is very convenient for the airport because it has a shuttle available. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The common areas have beautiful decor. The front desk personnel is friendly and knowledgeable. But the area around it is ugly (not unsafe, just ugly) and boring. There are no places to eat within walking distance. I’m sure it will get better as the buildings around it get renovated. Just don’t expect to be able to walk anywhere from this hotel. Also make sure you ask for some of their legendary delicious cookies.

The hot tub was lukewarm and the chlorine was so over whelming the kids couldn’t even get in it or they would start coughing, my eyes were burning and I didn’t put my head or face anywhere near the water! We notified the front desk and their maintenance guy came and said sorry there was nothing he could do. The pool was cold, not heated. The walls must be very thin I could hear other people all night.

This hotel was clean and quiet! Shower door let water onto the floor and i fell, hurting myself...but besides that and the toilet not flushing until i fized the flusher linkage.The breakfast is not worth the cost... go to Waffle House.

Fine pool, too much chlorine in hot tub, stained swim suits. Located next to laundry on 3rd floor. Banging doors till almost 10:00pm, thought they were coming through the wall. Hot/ Cold water was reversed in unit (Toilet tank was hot). Some outlets did not work. Breakfast was good.

No phone service in the hotel room. Was told they weren’t sure how long it would take for an engineer to come to fix it & I don’t want a stranger in my room with my belongings there. Also horribly bad water pressure. The staff was efficient but sullen & dismissive.

Everything was pretty good there. No complaints except for the bathroom toilet. The porcelain lid on the tank was all crack and glued together, if I remember correctly. Noticing this when 1st walked into the bathroom gave me a sloppy impression of the place. But all and all it was definitely really good for the price. I would stay here again on a low budget.
