“Not worth it!!!”

Whatever the room rate, don't do it! Although I booked a non-smoking room, it smelled like stale smoke... A/C was horrible. To me, the beds did not seem clean. My daughter and i were supposed to stay two nights but after the first night, we decided to go stay with friends. Anything was better than this!!

“Good location for stay”

It is definitely not a top place. But it has a reasonable price and friendly staff there. Also, a lot of food choice nearby.

“Hard on the allergies”

The staff was nice and the price was great. However, I would much rather spend a bit more money and not have to deal with the smell. The room smell damp and musty. I could barely sleep and when I got up in the morning my head was totally stuffed up.

“Hope to go back next year!!”

The pool had just been redone and was very nice. The staff were welcoming and helpful. We booked 5 nights and stayed 2 additional nights. It was close to the beaches and several attractions that we visited. The breakfast had a lot of variety including fruit. Affordable and nice. We hope to go back next year!

Area recommendations
I would recommend the South Florida Museum, Botannical Gardens, Mixon Fruit Farm, and the beaches at Anna Maria Island.

“Midwest Traveler”

Location was convenient. Basic room for the price. The carpet in the room needed cleaning, walking barefoot on the carpet was gross.

Area recommendations
Downtown St. Petersburg FL is nice for sightseeing and boat rides.
Getting around
St. Petersburg FL downtown Trolley Loop is inexpensive. Events, activities and dining are mention on the tour. This is a nice overview of the area.

“Verr clean, cozy hotel! Would stay here again!”

This was a very clean, neat hotel! The manager was so friendly and helpful. I would stay here again!

“The price says it all...”

Room was small, but a good price. Sheets had a blood stain on them! Looks like the sheets probably weren't cleaned between guests. Had a small roach under the microwave. Was grossed out. Area was good though.

“Enjoyable stay at this Hotel.”

Checking in was a breeze, friendly staff and helpful. The rooms are small, but clean and all you need if your in Florida. Beds were nice and comfy. The breakfast was muffins, cereal, juice, coffee and toast-jelly. Fruit is going to start being served as well. We were very happy with our stay and the price we paid. Also the location was nice. If you stay, tell Hyme Shannon sent ya....

Area recommendations
Go to Anna Marie island and take the free trolley around the island. Bradenton beach is very nice also make a drive down to Siesta Key.
