The staff were helpful and courteous. Even though the hotel is located far from the center of the city, public transportation is available. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed the hot springs.

Convenient and Affordable South Sapporo Venue
Wonderful service and very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet with broad variety, but some dishes could have been served warmer. Hotel room temperature was too warm and could not be adjusted cooler. Onsen rules did not allow me to enter due to my having large tattoos.

Regarding the room temperature, if you turn off the heating in the room, the room temperature will drop, but depending on the location of the room, there are some rooms where it is difficult to lower the room temperature. However, if you can open the vent in your room, outside air can come in, so please feel free to ask at the front desk. If you have a tattoo, please hide it before entering the public bath. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Nice hotel and lots of parking space. We had rented a car so it was nice to have free parking available. Room overall was clean, one of the sheets had a small stain but nothing major. Pillows could have been better though. Staff was friendly and the check-in process was easy. They have a convenience store nearby which was great. There is also a small shop inside the store but selection was limited. Overall we had a good stay & great value for the price.

Get with the World Program !!
I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and paid in advance. Enjoyed the facilities and location and the solitude. However on my last morning there after 6 nights of business given to the hotel I needed an extra hour in the room from 11 am until noon. I asked the front desk if I could stay an extra hour in the room as my ride would not be there for one hour. a free hour or two is pretty customary on a lengthy stay at hotels everywhere. To my atonishment the clerk whipped out the calculator and debit machine and told me it would be 1000 Yen per hour, no ifs, and or buts. I couldn't believe they would stiff me for a single houre after I stayed there for 6 nights. They definitely need a course in public relations !!! Definietely left a bad taste all around after a great week !!

Onsen us suoerb.. water at varying temperatures. Ftee bus trabsfers to Makomabai metro in the morning and niht transfers to Susukino. In the middle 3 grocery dtores and lots of restaurants abd foodvourt. Public bus to jozankei onsen abd sapporo and direct bus to airport.

夏は「冷房」が機能していない。冷房設備も水で冷風を作ってるだけで、しかも送風程度の温度の風が出てくるのみ。それに関して表記はしたほうがいいと思う。今回はとても眠れる室温ではなかったので一泊以外は返金してもらって別の宿を取った。

Onsen was a huge bonus. But it's closed from 10am to 3pm everyday. I guess it's for cleaning. Huge numbers of visitors uses the onsen everyday so that's probably why. They are generous with their hotel amenities. There is even 2 microwaves in the lobby. Hotel room was very warm (because of winter and centralized AC) and you can't open the windows which was not very convenient. Asked for fan over the phone but they dont understand. Had to go to lobby and show them a picture of a fan. They quickly brought up a fan with cool air function. But need to fill up with ice cubes every night. Lucky there's a ice cube machine in our level. Check in was ordinary as the staff didn't bother to explain any facilities to us. They simply gave you the keys and a paper stating the onsen hours and wifi password. Would like to experience the famous Japanese hospitality during check in. At least a warm welcome.

The room is good size and beddings is comfortable. The hot bath is bonus. However the buffet dinner and breakfast are verY ordinary, not worth the money.

Looking for a vintage - not very posh - 1970s hotel? This is it! Smoke outside in the winter - even though people smoked in the hotel for almost half a century so everything smells of smoke. It's a perfect example of bad (cheap) management policy. The spa lacks even the most basic accoutrements, like decent hair dryers. Wifi is basically non-existent. The room is powered when you feed a card chained to the (only) key you get (even if you are a couple & paying double). I doubt I'm the only guest inconvenienced by the fact that it is baby level plug in! My 18 month old son pulled out the key & left us in the dark many many times!! Another example of inconsiderate design. Other than a very pleasant staff, this place is a miss for sure. Expensive & not worth it! A dilapidated hotel with no evidence of consideration for customers beyond hiring good staff who are courteous & apologize well.

Good amentities including morning shuttle to nearest subway stn and evening trips to Susukino. However, no bottled water if we do not use eco cleaning and hotel's buffet is poor in terms of variety and quality.

Needs an update
Very interesting hotel - lots of people (families) there for the bathes. The facilities are HUGE! There is free parking, and a sushi bar open until the wee hours of the morning. The breakfast is plentiful. The room we had was very out dated - no USBs plugs, windows are thin - allowing outside noise in. Feels like you stepped back into the ‘70s
