“Great location, super clean, Bad restaurant, expensive services...”

Great location, about a one min walk to popular Ave. Paulista... and great restaurants on all surrounding blocks. Room was super clean, comfortable, and big. Staff didn't speak English well and wasn't very informative on Sao Paulo's nearby attractions. Breakfast was not included, and expensive. Dinner at hotel was lackluster, and the worst Caipirinhas in all of Brazil. Parking costs extra. I would stay here again, but wouldn't count on eating here for any meals. Seems like hotel caters to businessmen who can charge all the little extra's to their company.

“Good location. Some flaws.”

Hotel has good and bad things. Better for leisure than for business (ours was a mixed trip). Reasonably priced for Sao Paulo. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Good bathrooms (great rain shower heads). Good location (pleasant and safe), close to numerous places to eat and drink, Avenida Paulista (though San Francisco steep walk there), shopping, MASP (art museum) and metro. Services not so good. Staff is diffident, and not very helpful or knowledgeable about the area or Sao Paulo. It helped to have some familiarity with Brazilian Portuguese since the staff didn't know much English, French or German (didn't try Spanish). Inexcusable was the failure to clean our room one day, or even bring clean towels quickly after a request for them. No explanation or apology. Safe in room didn't work. No iron or ironing board (and laundry service slow), so if you have a business meeting and need to have something pressed quickly, you are out of luck. Internet provided at no cost, but speed slow and service erratic. Only one person could use it at a time -- a problem since we both needed it. Irritatingly, the hotel presented us with a bill for full cost of the room, even though we had already prepaid it. It took a while for the staff to straighten that out. Breakfast was adequate, but expensive. I found it better to take a few block morning walk over to the Bella Paulista bakery (Rua Haddock Lobo, 354 -- open 24 hours, and very good). I might stay again, but keep expectations low.

“Clean hotel close to Av. Paulista”

It's located 3 blocks (downhill) from the subway station. Locaiton with respect to Av Paulista / Jardims/ MASP great. Neighborhood just OK.

“Good Loacation, Nice Hotel”

The hotel staff is fluent in English. This is something you need if you are a non Portuguese speaker in Brazil. The location of the hotel is very good. Metro is just few blocks away. Internet access is free. The room was clean. During our stay, the toilet is clogged but the staff managed to solve the problem in 15-20 minutes. Our return flight was late, so we wanted to do a late check - out. They didn't let us do that but they let us use the shower in the swimming pool area.

“Very Nice Hotel”

It is a modern, comfortable hotel with free fast internet (by ethernet cable), next to a bustling street with shops, easy walking distance to food, subway, shopping. Convenient, no problems with check-in or check-out, and great breakfast too! I would definitely recommend this hotel to someone. It's in a safe area too.

“Impressive and value for my money”

Extremely impressed my expectations met. My stay was relaxing, the staff were welcoming, professional yet friendly and polite. They were attentive to all my need and my guest that visited me. The room was clean and surprizingly spacious. The breakfast was great...I will definately stay there again.

“Great neighborhood”

Sao Paulo is not a great tourist destination. Yet, this hotel was located in a neighborhood close to shops and restaurants, so walking was nice.
