“Just OK”

Good, clean average hotel. Breakfast and service is very good; free internet is great! Surrounding neighbourhood has many good restaurants within walking distance with good food and service.

Getting around

Traffic in Sao Paulo is one of the worst in the world, make sure you leave with plenty, plenty of time!

“Very Good Hotel”

“Trouble-free week in Sao Paulo”

Hotel ideally placed for meeting clients in the financial district. Food options were good but limited in choice. Bar staff very friendly, but could be more comfortable (better lighting?). I would stay here again for sure, as it's a well run hotel with friendly staff and a good location.

Itaim Bibi, Faria Lima.

Getting there

Take a hotel transfer shuttle option. It was easy and convenient. Much better than taking a local cab.

Outdoors or beach

Visit Iberapuera Park at the weekend. Busy and lots of open space.

“Great location but just an average experience”

“You get what you pay for.....”

During the 1 day I stayed here this was an overall bad experience: 1. They made me wait for 2 hours in the lobby before I could check in without paying for a half day. There should not be NO charge for a non-gauranteed early check in. If the room is ready you should not have to wait or be charged. Just bad customer service in my opinion. 2. They keep the hot water at barely room temperature, so my showers were cold. 3. There was mold on the shower walls 4. I had a guest visit me and was told that for this person to just come to my room I had to pay an additional person fee. I was told that if I wanted to speak to them I could come to the lobby and talk to them for free, or they had to pay the charge before they would allow them to come to my room. I explained that the guest was not staying over night but the manager said "these are the rules". Bottom line- they are a cheap hotel and tyring to charge you with any fees they can. In my opinion they don't care about customer service. There are many better options that may initially cost more, but at the end of the day are better value. My favorite is the George V in ITAIM.

well located... reasonable price and hotel conditions. a bad thing is thar you are not allowed an early check-in without paying an additional half-day fee. (many flights into sao paulo are over night and its a complication not to be able to go into your room until 3 pm ).
