“Would highly recommend this hotel for sure”

I was very pleased with this Hotel for the most part and will definately return in the future. It is very central to the main street but far enough from there that it is pretty quiet area. The only critizism is that there was construction on the Hotel during the day and it seemed to be directly below us. When brought up to the front desk they immediately relocated us to a higher floor as well as a nicer room so I was very pleased with their quick response and accomodating us.

“Good Upscale Hotel”

Good hotel. Be aware, that they do allow smoking in some of the rooms, so if you prefer not to have the smoking smell, request a non-smoking room.

“Definitely worth it”

Beautiful hotel, great service, most of the staff spoke English and were very helpful with suggesting things to do or places to go. We were so impressed with our room, upon arriving we received a complimentary glass of wine each, cupcakes in our room, bathrobes and lovely thick, soft towels. We were only there a couple of nights but the location was good, right next to the Avenida Paulista and the metro. One of my favourite things was the breakfast, the best we had our whole trip, they even had champagne available, beautiful selection of pastries and fruits. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a bit of luxury and romance, simply beautiful!!

“Perfect”

The hotel was perfect for my short trip to Sao Paulo. The staff was very professional, the room was comfortable and elegant, the breakfast was amazing, and the ofuro fantastic!

Area recommendations

I would recommend the Jardins/Oscar Freire neighborhood because it is one of the nicest and you can walk around.

Dining

If you go to Oscar Freire during the day, you may want to try the traditional sandwich called Beirut, the draft beer (Rabo de Peixe), and the ice cream with peanut farofa from one of the oldest places in the area, the restaurant and bar Frevo.

“Great Little Gem”

Wonderful little boutique hotel with many amenities including a great indoor and small but adequate gym. The breakfasts are wonderful however the room service rood left a bit to be desired. Overall though, a great find!

“Will stay again, next time in SP”

Beautiful hotel, excellent service, great location. Not the cheapest place in town, but just what the doctor ordered if you're looking for a respite from the hustle and bustle [and heat/humidity while I was in town] of Sao Paulo. One minor issue: something was really groaning and rattling every 30 minutes or so, 24/7. I think it had something to do with the biult in air conditioning, but never bothered to check it out - I'm a heavy sleeper....
