“good location, friendly service”

The hotel was not fancy, but was quite comfortable. The staff took great pride in their work and were aware of having been given good reviews on Expedia and other travel websites. The hotel had good maps and a taxi stand right outside, and front desk employees were eager to answer questions such as where to go for a jog or dinner. There is a subway stop a couple of blocks away. The hotel's exercise room was adequate, although the advertised swimming pool was little more than a large bathtub. The outdoor covered garden dining area was particularly pleasant.

“Great hotel”

A really pleasant hotel in a great part of Sao Paulo. The area felt really safe and was a block or two from the main shopping/restaurant area. Staff were very sweet and friendly. Room was large and comfortable. Internet not free and on a cable, but pretty cheap and good connection. There was a bit of noise from a drunken guest returning at 6am but can't blame the hotel for that! Breakfast had a good selection even near the end. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel, can't fault it really.

I was very pleased with this hotel. The room was very nice and the service was quite good too. I don't know that you can find a better value in this neighborhood.

“Great Hotel at a great price”

The service was some of the best I have ever received. We were treated as if we were their best customers. They went out of their way to address any needs that we had. I spend 100+ nights in hotels, and this was one of the top ones. It is located close to the MASP Art Museum and close to the shopping on Paulista street. Nice neighborhood! Great restaurants close by, but the hotel food was very good.

“Estanplaza - Clean, elegant and well worth the price”

On a previous visit I paid more than double the fee I paid at this hotel. I was very pleased with the service, the cleanliness and design of the rooms. The breakfast was superb. i highly recommend this boutique hotel for anyone wanting to stay in the center of SP, either for business or pleasure. I will definitely return if my travels require. There were no negatives!

“Excellent Hotel”

This hotel was excellent. Just 2 blocks from the main Av Paulista in a safe area. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was great. A small charge for internet access in room but speed was good.

“A Great Experience”

The EPP was a perfect choice for us. The hotel is small enough to allow you to get comfortable quickly and large enough to provide everything that you need. The breakfast was good, the garden courtyard dinning area was a great location to sit and read in the afternoon - away from the noise and heat of the busy streets of Sao Paulo. It allowed easy access to many excellent restaurants and shopping. In general, it is centrally located and the staff are very pleasant and provide excellent service. The only areas that I was disapointed with were the "pool" - tiny, tiny and indoors, and the gym equipment is in need of repair. But if you are not interested in the pool or the exercise room -you will likely love the hotel!
