Good hotel, good neighborhood

Nice and clean, located in a business area of São Paulo, in front of a big Mall. Near to the wonderful 17 Ha. Ibirapuera Park. Concierge. Was kind and helpfully. Ask for tours. They work with an incredible tourist guide.

The hotel needs to be remodeled, old rooms, dirty carpets, and bad customer service at the reception. Breakfast is OK but I would never have dinner at the hotel restaurant. Location is OK if you want to be near the Ibirapuera area and the domestic airport of Congonhas.

Location: mall is next to the hotel
I travel to Brazil for business several times a year and wouldn't stay anywhere else while in Sao Paulo. The only thing missing is a "fidelidade" Loyalty card. Also to allow frequent guests to do a early check in or late check out at no charge. Overall I am very pleased with the hotel.

Cons: Buffet quite basic, all gym/spa area could be improved a lot

Nice Hotel......2 improvements......Bed matress needs to be updated and they need to scrap the early check in fee. Half a day rate for 3 hours, Come on!

Staff was very professional, the only reason they do not get the highest rating was I ran into a less than helpful bellman. This hotel is not good for business travelers, they have the same issue with bandwidth that so many hotels have who refuse to upgrade, the internet was extremely slow or unavailable entirely based on how many users were online-great speed early in the morning, middle of the afternoon, late at night, horrible from 5P to 10P. Rooms a bit dated, some rust and shower crude visible, but overall the room was functional and clean. Many restaurants within walking distance as well as a mall next door and a grocery store within a block.
