I stayed here the first and last night of our trip. The hotel was very clean and kept up well. Our room both nights were unfortunately facing the back so we didn't have much of a view. The location is an easy drive into Old San Juan and we learned our last night that there are a few places to eat and a grocery store down the street to the right of the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful with directions to the forts. Will consider staying again for our next trip!
The hotel was modern, clean and spacious. Everything was better than we expected and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The gym is very small and the breakfast can take a bit of time but we can't complain. It was a great experience. One annoyance was the loud partying that occurred on the weekend in the parking lot next door. People dont seem to have much to do in that area so they just hang out in front of the convenience store.
Don't let the outside fool you (needs updating)......this place was great! The inside has been updated and modernized. Definitely pick the oceanfront/oveanview room if available! Swim up bar, small waterslide, 2 pools and a hot tub, easy access to a protected ocean lagoon, sweeping ocean views and hammocks. 4 restaurant/cafe options to choose from. Small casino. Absolutely beautiful grounds. Peaceful and relaxing!
