“disappointed”

pros: -not to far from airport by car/bus; -extremely nice and helpful managers/owners; -bus stop right by the hotel; cons: -over-rated hotels because of all the good reviews, so we were disappointed; -very small room, especially for a family with children; -furnitures in room are tacky, and poor quality; -housekeeping is poor; -took almost the whole day to fix the toilet; -located on the road, kind in the middle of nowhere; -closest market is about half hour by foot, round trip; -there is no parasol on the balconey, so can't really be there because of the heat;

Area recommendations
oia, beautiful location overlooking the ocean+ all the cute shops.

“Wonderful Experience”

Unfortunately, we were only there for one night, but Poppy and her husband bent over backwards to make our stay pleasant. The rooms are large with a balcony and a beautiful view. Ours had stove and refrigirator and kitchonette. There is a grocery store next door with everything you need to eat in if you choose and a bus stop across the street to take you elsewhere on the island. Poppy will also help you with the rental of a vehicle of your choice. Her husband took us to the airport to catch a 6am flight and met us at the door with coffee cake and a beautifully wrappped surprise to take with us. We spent two weeks in Greece and nothing else came close to this place for the price!
