“Wonderful time!”
Fantastic stay! We took a taxi from the ferry and he knew exactly where our hotel was. On arrival, Andreas, at the front desk was wonderful with lots of information. We had a balconcy with a lounge area and table/chairs overlooking the ocean. The view was amazing! We had a kitchenette in the room which we didn't expect. We enjoyed breakfast & coffee on the balconcy every morning and sunsets in the evening. It was so peaceful! I will definately go back and recommend this place to friends!
“Best View in Santorini”
Very nice hotel, excellent owners - brothers Mikhalis and Andeas. Both are very helpful and nice. Will give you advice on dining - all places were good. Blue Note restaurant just above hotel is also very good.
“An unforgettable jewel”
Convenience of location is a a conditional statement. We arrived by taxi and found that we had to walk down narrow and steep steps to our villa. Not dangerous at all but cumbersome with a few suitcases. Big mistake bringing lots of clothes to this place. We didn't know better. But once we arrived, what a place.!! The view and the setting is awesome. Carved against the cliff with a balcony that hangs almost half a mile over the sea. Beautiful is an understatement! The view of the bay (the caldera) created by the volcano thousands of years ago is unobstructed from side to side and impressive beyond belief. Underneath, the cruise ships sail past to unload at the bottom of the city of Thira. A short walk away from the hotel, less than a mile (easy to to walk down to but uphill we got us a taxi). The sunsets are in front of the hotel and enjoyable no matter where you sit or stand on your balcony, your room, the pool or the restaurants next door. Your eyes can not escape natural or man made beauty regardless of where they turn. The blue of the ocean blends in with the sky in places where one can not tell if a horizon exists. At night, we sat in our balcony lawn chairs, hypnotized by the clarity of the stars. The rooms are comfortable, somewhat rustic apartments with kitchens but you will be served breakfast on the balcony every morning. This is a very romantic place.! When we left, one of the owners, Mike, had his employees help us with the heaviest piece of luggage up hill.
