It was beautiful. The cleanest and most well maintained place that I saw. Staff was helpful and transport service was great. There are a lot of steps.

First, let me say, the staff are wonderfully helpful, starting with the young men that carry your luggage down and up the numerous stairs to the hotel. The view from our "cave room" was breathtaking!! When we arrived at the airport, the hotel arranged for a driver to meet us. After we were taken to our suite, we found the outdoor hottub was not functional- water was cold. But, they immediately upgraded us to a better suite, a delux cave suite which had an indoor and outdoor hottubs. Breakfast was included and they brought it to our suite at our specified time each morning and it was plentiful and delicious. We also ordered room service two evenings as we had a table and chairs on our patio. This food was also delicious. My only concerns was there were steps up to the bedroom without a rail on one side and when you reached the top, if not careful, you hit your head on the side of the cave wall. My husband and I are 63 and 73 and physically able, but it was scary at times. In addition, the concrete floors are slippery when wet, and I fell one time. No injuries. Just saying if you chose this room, u may want to be younger. lol. It was like a dream- it was so beautiful. I would stay there again!

I loved the location of this property. Once you climb to the main street, everything was near by. The location was so convenient where stepping out the door front look is ocean view and volcano view to enjoy and enjoy other amenities. In addition, the staff was extremely kind.

Everything was execellent. Smooth checkin, staff were friendy, patiently answered all our questions, gave us hints and tips on things to do and see nearby. Treated us extra special as we travelled with family with young kid. You'll get the best view of the Aegean Sea right from the suite, loved the cliffside view with a drink. Amazing heated pool for a quick swim even when the weather is cold. Defintely going back to Athina whenever we visit Santorini again. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality!

Great communication on check-in experience and overall stay. They have staffs help carry luggages because there are many stairs between transportation point and the property. The hotel also uses high end amenities (e.g. salvatore ferragamo bath and body set) which makes the stay more enjoyable and special. The most memorable experience is definitely the balcony view. You basically get the classic Santorini view at your room.

We stayed during the off season (early December) so we were very limited on where we could of stayed. We're lucky we chose correctly! Stay was very friendly and helpful. A plus also was they were there 24/7 and not just to see us check in. Beautiful location that wasn't too hard to get to but I couldn't imagine how beautiful it would be during the summer when all the amenities were available.

What made our stay in Athina a remarkable one was the beautiful Caldera view, our spacious room, the heated pool with bar, our daily breakfast served on our patio overlooking the Aegean Sea. But what made it truly amazing was the service from Kalie who helped with everything we needed. She was very welcoming and accommodating and was so pleasant to talk to. She’s amazing and made our stay at Athina a memorable one.

택시타고 이동했는데 호텔에 문의하면 벨보이를 보내줍니다. 꼭 연락하셔서 짐 이동 도와달라고 하세요. 룸에서 보는 풍경이 정말 멋져요. 매일 아침식사도 방앞 발코니로 가져다줘서 바다보면서 여유있게 먹었습니다. 수영장 바로 앞 룸이라 수영하기 편리했고 온수풀이라 따뜻했어요. 수영장바에서 음료도 주문하고 선셋도 여유있게 볼수있어요. 직원들도 다들 눈마주치면 인사해주고 친절해요

Excellent hotel and staff. Views from the Caldera are exceptional. Breakfast service was very good. Walking the stairs to the street level was always a challenge but doable. We would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Santorini.

Elegant hotel. Amazing views, first class service, spotlessly clean, unequaled views with sunsets from our deck. Gorgeous infinity pool and swim-up bar with friendly service. Pricey, but worth it for a once-in-a-lifetime romantic experience. Only caution is that there are a lot of steps to climb down to the room and back up to the lobby, so be prepared for a little exercise!
