“Excellent hotel in Kamari, Santorini”

I booked this hotel based on reviews on Trip Advisor and I was not disappointed. 1 LOCATION is situated close to the excellent Kamari beach and there are 2 convenience shops in close proximity. Also a vehicle hire shop is in the next lane. 2 ACCOMMODATION the property is simple but beautiful and very clean. The rooms are spacious with a balcony to sit out in the evenings. The pool is excellent and clean and I made it a point to swim daily in it. A healthy continental breakfast is provided and thank you Yrgos for making coffee for us. 3 The owner Giannis picked us and dropped us back to the airport which we greatly appreciated and his wife Irini and staff kept our rooms spotless. 4 I had a fantastic holiday in Kamari with is translucent blue water and the excellent accommodation enhanced the experience

“The Place To Be in Santorini!”

My boyfriend and I had a great stay in Santorini. Atalos is a great place to stay in at Kamari Beach for a very good price. Our room was very clean and very comfortable. The pool was also very nice. It even had a little kitchenette with a stove and fridge. The owner and his staff were all very pleasant and helpful. They even offer free drop offs and pick ups to and from the airport. Taxi ride will cost you approx. 20-25 euros to Kamari and will be difficult to arrange for if you have an early flight. Atalos is only walking distance to the beach, about a block away from all the shops, endless number of restaurants and pubs. It's very easy and cheap to get around by transit bus; fare is about 1.40 euros one way to Fira. I highly recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in Santorini for a few days or even a few weeks. I can't wait to go back!

“Nice hotel with a very nice pool”

The hotel was as expected from the other reviewers. A nice small hotel with a large pool. Our room was quite large more like a one bedroom apartment. It is located 10 minutes walk from the beach and all the restaurants. It feels quite safe. The bus stop to Thera is also about a 10 minutes walk. We were not disturbed by the noise from the airplanes who are flying nearby. A very nice stay. It is a very nice inexpensive base to explore the rest of the island.

“You get what you Pay for!”

The bed was built on concrete and had 2 wooden slabs to support a very uncomfortable mattress! The owner, once we found him after a 20 min search, acted like he was unaware we had paid in full reservations to stay there. The shower curtain extended the length of the bathroom and water went everywhere when you showered. I had to clean the wet soppy floor every time we showered. We loved the pool area. Next time we will pay more for a better place.

“Super Hotel, Great Customer Service, Beautiful Island”

Had a great stay in Santorini with my family in May 2009. The hotel owner is committed to customer service. He met my family and I at the port with a van when we got off the ferry and dropped us off when we departed. He took time to provide us a map of the island and explain the sights. He and his wife really made an effort to make us welcome and answer any questions we had. Breakfast in the mornings was good. Rooms were comfortable and the hotel pool was nice. We were about a block and a half from Kamari Beach. Overall, this hotel was a great value, I would love to go back.

“Tres bon hotel a 5minutes de la plage, gerants adorables, transfert ferry/aeroport-hotel gratuit”

Le gerant de cet hotel vient chercher ses clients au ferry et a l'aeroport gratuitement. Des l'arrivee on est bichonne et il nous explique globalement tout ce qu'il y a a savoir sur Kamari et Santorin. L'hotel est tres propre, un peu a l'ecart (5min de la plage) donc silencieux et surtout, chose quasi introuvable ailleurs, de l'exterieur, on ne voit pas la piscine puisqu'elle est protegee par des palmiers. Niveau tarifs c'est tres raisonnable. Les chambres sont faites tous les jours. Le staff est tres arrangeant et gentil. Kitchenette dans la chambre (genial pour minimiser les couts !), climatisation efficace. Notre chambre (la 10) etait vraiment nickel. Bref, hotel genial, mon prochain sejour a Santorin sera dans cet hotel, c'est sur ! Merci aux gerants pour leur accueil chaleureux et exemplaire !

“Atalos Villas Santorini - bellissima esperienza”

Sono stata all'Atalos dal 19 al 26 agosto 2011 e devo dire, dopo aver girato l'isola, che non potevo trovare una sistemazione migliore. Kamari ha un lungomare bellissimo, a pochi passi dall'hotel, con tante taverne, dove si mangia molto bene e locali per passare una piacevole serata. All'Atalos la qualità e la cortesia sono di casa, Giannis e sua moglie sono persone molto gentili e disponibili. Se dovessi tornare a Santorini non avrei dubbi: sceglierei di nuovo l'Atalos Villas.
