Staff absolutely brilliant and so helpful. Room cleaned excellently daily. Pool is great Good price Road nearby is a bit dangerous so be careful.

We asked for towels as we were only given two and they said they couldn’t give us more. The towels were stiff and smelled as if they wet and dried.

Hi Wendy, because we are a Pension and not a 3/4 star hotel, we do not change towels every day, and we did some changes your second day, but in any case they were NOT smelling bad. but anyway thank you for taking the time to make a feedback for us. regards, Atlas Pension

Great first impressions. 15 minutes walk from Fira bus station and the Atlas Pension was easy to find. There was a lovely pool with sea views, sunloungers and communal seating. On check in we were met with a very friendly lady who gave us as very informative check in and places to see etc. Our room was clean however this is where we started to find issues. 1. We asked for separate beds as we are mother and adult son travelling together. The request was confirmed but in the room it was two singles together. When I queried this I was infirmed that the room is too small to separate the beds. Had I known this, I would have booked elsewhere. 2. The partial seaview balcony looks out on to a brickwall and a very noisy main road that literally does not stop all day and night. We did not use the balcony due to this. 3. I wanted to watch world news but could not get the tv to work. My son went out to ask what is tge issue is and they said it had blown and did not work. They offered no remedy to the situation. They did not tell us this when checking in. 4. There is a kettle provided on a dresser however there is no power socket so I had to put the kettle on the floor to boil - which i was most unhappy with. Fortunately we were only staying for 2 nights and really could not face the hassle of finding another hotel when it was already late in the afternoon but I would have left if staying any longer

Hi Claire, thanks for taking the time and make a detailed feedback for us. You had a room with 2 separate beds, which were closed together, that's the way we always have the 2 beds, the other option is a double bed (1bed 140cm), but you put them further apart and this was o.k. with us. next issue: we are not selling sea view and I never do confirm sea views, because I know that not all our rooms have sea view, so you weren't that lucky :-( the other issues bringing me a smile on my face, kettle on the floor and so far... you probably forgot that you booked a room in a Pension, not in a hotel. regards, Atlas Pension

High quality hotel within walking distance to Thir
Excellent hotel within walking distance (20 mins) of central Thira. Lovely warm swimming pool and sunbeds for use by guests. Room was recently refurbished and to a high standard. Cleaned daily and bedding/towels replaced at the halfway point of stay. Fridge and tea/coffee making facilities provided. Good free aircon. Fantastic sea view from my room (ground floor). I was made to feel very welcome by Trudi and her family. Local area: Direct bus to most locations on the island. Otherwise change at the central bus station for Oia. Don't be put off by others commenting about the lack of pavement outside - it's only a short stretch of 100m and as long as you are sensible/make yourself visible it isn't an issue. I didn't take the breakfast option but there are at least five places serving breakfast within a 200m radius of the hotel. Overall, very impressive for the price and would definitely recommend to others.

Good hotel in Santorini
Very good stay, it is about 20 min walk from Fira's center. the room is very clean and large. It's a family B&B very well kept. When you arrive to the port you can take the bus for EUR$2.3 and it will take you close to the hotel, or you are better off renting a car so you can actually see the whole island which is large.

Beautiful hotel!
Loved our stay at our hotel pension atlas in Santorini. Trudi and her husband were the best hotel staff we have ever come across. Trudi gave my partner and I lots of advice and tips when we first arrived about the island. Room was very big with balcony. Great air con and wifi. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

good family run hotel
Great hotel just on the edge of Thira. 1.5km slightly up hill to the nightlife. Two bus stops nearby, one outside and the main one with all southbound buses 200m away tops. The hotel is well kept and the pool is great.

Everything is good, very clean and helpful stuff. the only problem is they only offer pick up when you arrive, but you have to do self transfer when you leave. the Taxi costs 20 euros for the airport,.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, Trudi and her husband are very nice and helpful. They have free pick up from the harbor or airport, but if you want a ride to your departure site, there is a fee per person. The complimentary breakfast was good - an assortment of bread, juice, coffee or tea, and some fruit. The website said that they have wifi, but it really only works in the lobby area and then the connection sometimes doesn't work. We were never able to connect from our room the entire time we were there. We did not have a car, and to get to the bus station, you have to walk alongside a very narrow road where cars go very quickly. There are no sidwalks or crosswalks, so it is kind of scary at night when it is pitch black or even during the day while cars zoom by. The main area of Thira is about a 20 minute walk away. Everything was very clean and neat and we had no complaints about that.

Good standard Pension with pool
Good size rooms with equally sizeable balconies. Close to main road to Fira but double glazing negates most traffic noise. Rooms cleaned every day. Owners helpful with info of the island. Nice continental breakfast. Lovely pool and bathing area with sun beds and umbrellas. Bus stops only 250m away or 15/20 min walk (1km) to Fira.(main bus terminus). Several good restaurants within 5/10 mins walk away in Katerados, also excellent 24hr bakery and handy supermarket next to bus stops. Fira has numerous bar/restaurants to view the caldera scenery and plenty of shopping (gold / ceramics / leather / greek textiles and souvenirs).

Good location, friendly staff, good value.
I enjoyed my stay at Pension Atlas. It was clean, good location, close to the supermarket, bakery, bus stop, lots of restaurants, and 7 mins from the airport. The owner Trudi and Petros were very helpful in giving out good information about the island, I was also pickup at the airport promptly as stated..I will recommend this location to anyone.

Overall, this was a great place to stay because of the owners. I was picked up at the airport. When arriving at the hotel was given an island map and recommendations on things to see. The hotel is close to a bus stop, a grocery shop and several restaurants. When I couldn't get a taxi to the ferry port, the owner gave me a ride...going above and beyond! The room was small but had a nice patio plus the rate was fantastic. Breakfast was a nice spread. It was a bit of a walk (about a mile) to get to the heart of Fira but only took 20 minutes. Like I mentioned, the bus stop is close. The bus goes all over the island and is inexpensive.

Scary walk from Fira.
Too far away from the town, the walk at night was really scary. They seemed to prefer only swiss guests. Felt like I was intruding. Wifi was really spotty and they charged extra for air conditioning when leaving the windows open was not a choice because of the mosquitoes.

Séjour fort agréable
Séjour agréable propriétaire super sympathique et très souriante. Chambre au calme avec terrasse ombragée privée frigo bouilloire étendage. Piscine agréable avec transat. (Attention au mobilier vieillissant : transats et parasols à changer) pension le long d’une route assez fréquentée. Vue depuis la piscine sur Fira qui est super beau ! A 1km de Fira qui est super pratique et très centrale pour visiter l’île .

테라스에서의 풍경이 좋았던 곳
숙소자체는 좋았습니다. 주인분들도 나름 친절했어요. 각 방 마다 테라스가 있는 것 같은데 테라스에서 노을보는게 참 예뻤어요. 수영장 물은 정말 깨끗했어요. 시원하고. 다만 침대 시트에 얼룩이 좀 있었습니다. 또 2박 3일을 묵었는데 수건을 첫 날 총 4장만 주시고 이후에 더 주시지 않고 교체도 안해주셨어요. 체크아웃하던 아침에 씻기위해 수건을 더 달라고했더니 체크아웃하는 날은 원래 수건을 안준다며.. 뭐.. 드라이기가 공용이라 요청하고 갖다놓고 해야해요. 조식은 첫 날은 빵과 치즈, 햄, 각종 잼과 과일이 나왔고 그 다음 날은 빵과 요거트와 각종 잼이 나왔어요. 치즈랑 햄 주는 날은 요거트 안주고, 요거트 주는 날은 치즈랑 햄 안주는 듯 합니다. 자율배식이 아니라 숙소 주인 분과 따님이 다 갖다주세요. 에어컨은 작동 잘 됐습니다! 아침 저녁으로 온도차가 커서 저녁에는 숙소가 너무 추웠어요. 따뜻한 여벌 옷 챙겨가셔야 할 것 같아요. (9월 기준) 그리고 저녁에 토마토 씻어먹게 싱크대 좀 사용한다고 했다가 거절당하고 화장실에서 씻어먹었네요..ㅎㅎ 공손하게 부탁했는데, 싱크대는 본인들 공간이라고.. 숙소 근처 길이 좀 위험해요. 인도가 없고 바로 도로라 차들과 같이 다녔네요. 버스정류장까지는 도보로 약 십 분이고, 티라마을까지는 도보로 약 이십오분쯤? 이아마을은 버스로 가셔야해요 ~ 티라마을에서 오는길에 마트 2개 있습니다. 마트 물가는 저렴해요. 그리고 퇴실시 1유로를 달라고 하셨는데 왜 달라고한지 아직도 모르겠어요. 영어가 부족해서 원. 무슨 세금이라고 한 것 같은데..

Hello, thank you for taking time to review our Atlas Pension. You stayed 2 nights, in which 4 towels (2 big 2 smaller) are perfectly o.k. Please think also of ecosystem. Why didn't you tell me about not clean sheets? I would of changed them immediately. I don't understand what is Drygigi??? Our kitchen is private and only for breakfast. The one Euro was the visitor's tax, which is Euro 0.50 per night per room = Euro 1.- I hope I could explain you some of your complains and wish you good luck take care, Atlas team

Die Pension Atlas war für uns der ideale Ausgangspunkt um die Sehenswürdigkeiten in Santorini zu besuchen. Wie sind davon ausgegangen dass wir den ganzen Tag auf Achse sind und dafür ist die Unterkunft ideal. Einfach und sauber und die Besitzerin hat uns super nett empfangen und gemeinsam mit ihrer Tochter herzlich versorgt.Das Frühstück war für den Preis völlig in Ordnung. Ich empfehle das Hotel für jeden der Santorini auf eigene Faust erkunden möchte und vielleicht am Nachmittag dann noch ne Abkühlung im Pool sucht.

Excellent séjour!
L’hôtel a été très facile à trouver et l’emplacement était parfait pour se rendre partout sur l’ile avec les transports en commun. Le personnel était très sympathique et la propriétaire nous a fait part de précieux conseils dès notre arrivée. Je recommande.

Ótimo custo benefício, uma boa localização, um hotel familiar bem agradável! Fomos muito bem recebidas a proprietária nos passou todas as informações para conhecer a Ilha! Porém o que deixou a desejar muito foi a internet, o WIFI não funcionou nenhum dia no quarto, somente na recepção e alguns dias nem na recepção funcionou....

freundlich und inselzentral
Abseits des großen Trubels, in einem kleinen Ort mit ein paar Restaurants um die Ecke, und mit 15 Min. Spaziergang (oder mit dem Bus) ist man im Inselzentrum Fira. Guter Ausgangspunkt für aktivere Urlauber. Sehr freundliche, engagierte und hilfsbereite Inhaber. Gutes mitteleurop. Frühstück.

Very good place, well located and friendly staff
We stayed here for 6 nights, with a baby. The pension was clean, welcoming and ideally located close to a bus stop (even by foot Fira is only 20min). We benefited from the advices of the owner to rent a car and book excursions. We really enjoyed our stay, so I fully recommend it.

일단 주인아주머니 친절하셨고 픽업서비스도 좋았습니다. 또 방도 아기자기하고 괜찮았는데 체크인 시간이 1시라서 힘들었어요 분명 오전12시라고 알고 갔던거 같은데 새벽에 도착했지만 체크인 시간까지 꼼짝없이 기다려야한다는거...그리고 은근 피라마을은 아니라서 일정을 소화할때 버스를 타고 밤에 오는게 부담스러웠습니다. 다음에 렌트를 한다면 묶을 생각은 있지만 렌트없이는 비추! 특히 혼자간다면 피라마을에 묶는게 더 좋을듯!!

Pensione a un chilometro da Fira
Ambiente sereno, dotato di stanza con bagno privato, terrazzo, climatizzatore, frigorifero e bollitore per acqua, nel caso vogliate fare la colazione in camera, diversamente la si può fare presso la struttura con 3€ al giorno La pensione offre il servizio di trasporto dall'hotel. La titolare, Trudi, è molto gentile e disponibile nel spiegare cosa vedere nell'isola cosa evitare ecc A 5 minuti a piedi c'è un distributore benzina, un supermercato e qualche negozio. In 20 minuti a piedi potete raggiungere il centro di Fira, il porto e da lì decidere dove andare, spiagge, escursioni in barca ecc. Per esperienza consiglio il noleggio di uno scooter per tutto il periodo del viaggio, lo si trova sui 20€ al giorno e guadagnate tantissimo tempo

친절한 사장님, 합리적인 가격
밤늦은 시간에 도착했지만 사장님이 픽업을 해 주셔서 너무 감사했다. 아내 분이 영어를 잘 하셔서 산토리니 관광 포인트와 버스 타는 방법 등에 대해 간단명료하게 잘 설명해 주셔서 많은 도움이 되었다. Fira에서 도보로 15분정도면 호텔에 도착하는데 가격대비 위치와 시설이 매우 훌륭하다.

Poca spesa, (quasi) giusta resa.
Inizialmente Abbastanza accogliente, lenzuola mai cambiate, piscina carina ma sporca negli ultimi giorni, colazione soddisfacente (comparata al prezzo), servizio navetta ok all andata, ma al ritorno ci è' stato negato a causa dell orario mattiniero dell'aereo (6.30), quindi abbiam preso un taxi (20€). Buona la posizione a 1km da Fira e 5/6 da Kamari, nel complesso è sufficiente se non ci sono pretese, ma la pulizia e l'ospitalità non spicca.
