I don't like the fact that they offer incomplete amenities such as Nespresso machine and electric stove. What's the point of having those if they don't offer the coffee pods or kitchenware?

The hotel is nice, but it is not related to the price I had a problem with the reservation and despite sending mail and calling by phone I did not answer. I do not recommend the Hotel because of the bad attention of the Sr. L.Villegas. If you can a good attention and help during your stay in Santiago choice other Hotel.

You must check in at a different location. They are the only ones that will help you with any issues. And the bathtubs curved, so you better have good balance.

OK so it's an odd set up - with different buildings for check in and breakfast to the accommodation - but at the end of the day it's all very close to each other and for the price this hotel is absolutely great

The check in was in a different building, the hotel was in a great area. The room a bit small bur good for the price. The breakfast was also in a different building (about a block from the hotel). The pool was nice and clean but small. Good for the price

I first stayed at this property January 2016 and was very impressed. Based on this experience, I have since stayed 10-20 nights each year between 2017 and 2019, and booked other business companions also. I am moved to finally review the Time Select, as I think I have stayed here for the last time these past few days. I would rank the overall positives of this good value property over the years as follows: 1. Excellent bed/linen/pillow/sleep experience. 2. Location 3. Self containment, mini-apartment style, can do own cooking. 4. Nespreso machine. 5. Usually spacious rooms per category. 6. Accesible Parking 7. Decent breakfast buffet at the Rugendas up the street. I would say the quality of experience has been on a slow decline over the four years I have been a guest (failed coffee machines, missing kitchen stuff...) but usually good staff willing to solve problems. These issues not to say it didn't still represent good value. Can't stay any more because reception has been centralised at Time Suites affiliate property some 200m up the road. I arrived by car, had to park at Suites, check in, go park again at Select. To check out, had to go with bags to Suites again. Just not SELECT any more. Prices have been much cheaper of late, thought due to problems in Chile, but perhaps new vision? Now who will change out my broken nespreso?

Excellent staff. Most could speak English quite well and offered to help us any way they could. Hotel location private, quiet and just close enough to shopping and restaurants. Will definitely return. Only complaint is pool chairs, they need a few more.

Great choice
The hotel was excellent. The staff very friendly and attentive and the hotel location was the best!! The only drawback was that the breakfast was in their sister hotel located on the corner from Time Select.

Great Value in a Great Part of Santiago!
Time Select is a wonderful place to stay in Santiago. It’s a sleek, contemporary designed hotel on a quiet, tree-lined street, close to restaurants, shops and galleries. The hotel has everything you could want in apartment-style rooms which include kitchenette with frig, freezer, microwave, cooktop, dishes and cutlery. There is a nice sitting area and full bath with both shower and tub. Our room was in impeccable condition and beautiful. The hotel has a nice rooftop pool and there is a gym in the lower level. Breakfast at a nearby restaurant was included and was a wonderful spread of hot and cold offerings—very good. Great value in a great part of Santiago!

It was a work trip. I changed rooms because sounds of vibration were coming from the wall, but I came to find out that this sound was in the next room as well. I was told the sound is normal, I suspect it to be water pumps. I just wished they didn't turn on in the middle of the night. I had a bit of trouble convincing the staff that I get an upgrade because of my Expedia status and the VIP+. All was worked out. I recommend the front side of the building for better wifi access. It was within easy walking distance to everything including the mall. Breakfast is served in a separate building and requires a 1 minute walk in the morning.

Nice hôtel in las condas
We stayed at the Time sélect 8 days beginning of January 2007, the hôtel is well located in Las Condas in a very safe surrending and with easy accès to the métro, restaurants and shopping center. The breakfast is served at the near by hôtel owned by the same group (within 3-4 minutes walk) and it is excellent with good choices of hot and cold food, fresh fruits are excellent. The rooms are great and the staff is very helpful. The only drawback is the WI FI which is on and off which is a problem If you need it for business, it is the only négative point with hôtel. Overall I highly recommend the hôtel and hopefully they will soon be able to solve their WI FI problem. Cheer! Normand cunningham Mont Tremblant Québec

Hotel Reception Staff Very Unfriendly
The reception staff never acknowledged me when I walked into the hotel and I stay here for half a month. Given the cost of the hotel, the reception staff should be more courteous to ALL guests. I noticed they were to a couple. Racial background should never be taken into account when addressing any guests. I would not stay here again.

Amazing hotel - but in a quiet neighborhood
The hotel is beautiful. The room was extremely clean and new. Just like any 5* hotel. Very safe neighborhood. Just in a quiet area that needs a taxi to get to the fun places. About 5-10 mins by taxi. But it's a great family hotel. If you are here to have fun though, I would recommend a district called Lastaria. The only inconvenience is that they don't have 24 hr room service and no dining options. The breakfast is in another hotel one block away. General service is very slow - and they speak broken English.

My room had a great layout. I loved the sitting area on the balcony. Quiet street but walking distance to many stores. Great breakfast, though it was in a different building and place was packed.

Great location, nice bedrooms, but......
The building looks new and it includes a lot of wood in the stairs and aisles. The room is very well equiped, however the internet inside my room didn't work at all, I had to stay close to my door to get some super low signal. You can hear everything from the room next and above yours: tv, water filling the tub, snoring, people walking down the aisle, and the pillows are not good at all. You don't have any kind of room service since the restaurant is 1 block away shared with another hotel; we arrive late after an 8 hours flight and the only option they gave us was McDonald's which was 5 blocks away.
