“If you can choose a non-smoking room, hotel should keep specific rooms for non-smokers”

Cons: we asked for a non-smoking room, but all rooms smelled smoke wi-fi internet non-stable only 15 minutes of hot water (after that you should wait 45 minutes) supert-tight bathroom access to parking was tight and needed the only person at recepetion to open food running out at the last 30 minutes of breakfast, be quick! Pros: convenient location nice view at back rooms

“Great apartment hotel in Santiago”

We arrived at the hotel in the early morning (8am) and they allowed us to go to our room right away. The room was spacious and clean. The heater was great for the cold winter weather. Full cable television. Warm shower. The breakfasts were well rounded and very fresh. Wireless internet connection from the room did not work consistently, but there were 3 computers in the lounge that were always available. Great part of Santiago, safe, upscale. The metro stop was just a block away so it took less than 20 minutes to get to the city centre.

“Great place In Santiago”

We thought the hotel was great. Small but very clean and comfortable. It is in an amazing area of Providencia. It's walking distance from everything, great restaurants, shops, nightlife etc. The hotel is very comfortable, older furniture but we didn't have any complaints. Yes it can be noisy because of it being on a busy street but we didn't mind that at all. So I guess it's a personal choice. Fernanda who was working the front desk when we were there was just awesome. She spoke good english and was very helpful. Even though we had to check out by noon we didn't have to leave to the airport until 10:00 pm that evening. She stored our luggage for us so we could tour the city all day and then even let us use a room to shower before we headed to the airport for a long trip home. I would totally recommend this hotel.

“small but nice”

The hotel is very nice for the price. The bathroom is very small but that is ok. You only get around 15 minutes of hot water so it is best to wet down, soap up and rinse off if more than 1 needs to shower. The included breakfast is the same each day- cold cuts, cheeses, rolls and bread, cold cereal, yogurt and sweet rolls. There is hot coffee and tea bags and hot water. There is a small gym also. The hotel is very close to a Metro stop so you can get to other parts of the city.

“Good for my purposes”

Conveniently located to metro stops, decent wireless Internet access. There was a mini-kitchen so the room would be suitable for longer stays. Surprising number of English channels on the TV. Reasonable breakfast selection. Staff were very friendly although a few words of Spanish are helpful. Light sleepers will NOT like this hotel due to 24/7 traffic noise - not a problem for heavier sleepers like me though.

“not bad for the price”

A good place for the price. The kitchen is handy and well stocked. No hair dryer, though--at least not in my room. It's a good idea to bring your own travel alarm clock to Chile. None of the hotels I stayed at in Chile had clocks.

“Better than 2 star”

Excellent location in Providencia close to restaurants and Metro. V sml lobby and bathrooms and not much English. Good value though and attractive tree lined avenues nearby.

“Clean and well run”

This hotel is a very good value for the money. Well located and kept very clean. Bedroom is small, but this is more than off set by it being a suite - a living area plus a pullman kitchen. Front desk is very helpful.

“Great hotel for the budget conscious”

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Excellent value for the price we paid. I would return without any hesitation. Yes, the bathroom is tiny. The breakfast was very nice and the free internet was an added bonus for me. Overall had a very nice experience in Santiago. Hope to return. The locals are very friendly.
