“There was hair in the tub when I walked in to take a shower!!!!!”

Horrible hotel! Really bad food (if is just to say that you have food, don't have a menu!!) They did try to make it up for the hair in the tub by giving me a bottle of wine... but PLEASE!!! I bought some alchool and sprayed all over the room... the only think that I could think is how disgusted I felt when I saw that dirty bathroom! HORRIBLE!!!!!!! My friends stayed at Neruda ... in comparison to this one a MUCH better option ...

“Acceptable”

Room service had to be asked few times to bring all bathroom utilities. Otherwise not to much to complain except restaurant service always asking wether they should replace (very) dirty tablecloth.

Area recommendations
1. Old town - very well restored. 2. New downtown - peacefull, full of greenery urban arrangement. "W" Hotel very, very good design.
