“Too far from town”

The hotel was clean and staff very helpful. They spoke English and had set taxi prices to many locations. Breakfast was okay but had no hot food like most other hotels did in south america. I guess they don't need a chef for breakfast. There was a sauna that worked. You would stay here if you arrived late at night on a flight because it is cheaper than the other airport hotel.

“Convenient and comfortable”

We had an overnight layover in Santiago and this hotel was both conveniently close to the airport and comfortable. There didn't seem to be much in the surrounding area, but we didn't have time to be concerned about that. The hotel restaurant had a good, simple and standard South American breakfast. Definitely recommend if you are just looking for a place to crash. If you are looking for something more interesting or closer to the city, look elsewhere.

“Chile”

Staff at the restaurant was also helpful. However, they did not know any English. They also provide shuttle service and a breakfast buffet.

“satiago airport hotel”

a quiet clean new hotel near the Santiago airport. Has a restaurant good for dinner and the breakfast had a lot to offer. The shulttle runs to the airport 24 hours. i was only there to get my early flight so i didn't us the pool or exercise rooms.

“Very satisfied, service, cleanliness, buffet breakfast very enjoyable in sunny cheery room”

The management went out of their way to help us out with flight problems and let us stay pasy checkout. Highly recommend! fair prices too!

“Great last minute hotel”

We had a last minute change of plans and needed a place to stay late at night before going on to our next destination very early the next morning. This hotel was close to the airport, clean and comfortable and easily accessible. Just remember you need a reservation for the hotel and to sign for the shuttle before leaving the airport terminal in order for the shuttle TO the hotel to be free.

“One night stay”

We arrived the night before an early flight. The courtyard out back was a nice place to sit and unwind. We had a wakeup call, a nice breakfast and then a quick shuttle to the airport. The staff was kind and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

“Perfect Hotel For an Overnight Layover”

I was only there overnight, but I am very glad I chose this hotel. They have a free shuttle to and from the airport, which is only a few minutes away. I stayed there twice and both times check-in was quick and the room was large, clean and very comfortable. They have free internet 24-hours a day and I even got a quick continental breakfast before I left for the airport (cereal, pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee and tea). No complaints at all, I would stay there again.

Area recommendations
Unfortunately, since I only stayed at the hotel overnight (I had an early flight the next morning), I did not get to see the city of Santiago, Chile at all! Maybe next time.

“PERFECT FOR THE TRAVELER SEEKING PEACE AND QUIET”

This hotel, outside the city of Santiago in a semi-commercial area, was an an unexpected joy. It's a clean and quiet hotel and has NO MUSIC blarring in the lobby, hallways, and other public areas. Even the dining room is quiet and restful. This is a perfect hotel for tired travllers who've had their fill of other people's music selections at other people's decible levels. The dining room menu was extensive and everyone in our party was delighted with the food. Desserts were served with great emphasis on presentation.. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is professional and friendly. This is a wonderful hotel and my only regret is that it's so far from the place I live, I may never have another opportunity to stay there.
