“Impressive”
Location of hotel met our expectations: easy walking distance to central sights, shopping and restaurants. Staff: responsive to our needs, two meals at hotel were very good.
View of Andes from hotel room as promised.

Bellavista & Parque Metropolitano
Short distance to both; variety of shops that feature Chilean crafts and restaurants. Funicular to top of Parque is easily accessible; there are stunning views of Andes(late afternoon when smog leaves city).

“Would return another time”
Staff upon check in was helpful. Computer in lobby, available in room for a fee. Breakfas was only a buffet and too expensive if one only wanted coffee and a piece of toast. Nothing anywhere around to get breakfast. This was the only criticism I have of the hotel. Feel there should be a small coffee shop for a smaller breakfast.

“Excellent Service”
The Hotel had an excellent service and the people there were very helpfull. We are pleased to stay at the Crowne Plaza and we will recommend to our friends.

“One of the best hotel experiences ever”
The reception staff and all of the bellmen were very professional and helpful. THere memories were amazing too, remembering who I was where I had gone and the places I was inquiring about. Adding to that a very clean and comfortable room, I had perhaps one of the best hotel experiences ever.
Traveller's tip
Instead of taking a $60 city tour I would recommend the hop on hop off double decker bus that goes around the city for about half the cost.

“Excellent, central location.”
Up to usual standard for a Crown Plaza. Helpful Staff. Would use this hotel again.

Very easy to get to Bella Vista and Barrio Lastarria for cafes and restaurants.(10 mins walk but recommended to use taxis after dark) Hotel Taxis quite expensive compared to Taxis off the street- Short walk to Subway Station, 2 stops to Plaza de Armas. Alternatively 25 mins walk to Plaza de Armas

“Convenient location”
No complaints about the hotel. It is a short walking distance from numerous restaurants and other attractions. They charge $10 a day to use WiFi, but using the computers in the business center is free. We did not try the restaurant or the pool.
