“Nice Hotel in city center”

Very clean hotel in Santiago city center. People at reception very informative and polite. Rich open buffet breakfast. In the midlle of everything in walking distance. Strongly recommended.

“Good but in a wrong place”

The hotel is very good but the location is not so good because it stays in center. It is close to the underground and the Monte Santa lucia, witch is a very nice place. I liked the hotel but I would prefer stay in Providencia when I come back to Santiago. If the price of the diary was good comparig with others Hotels and you are going on vacation, don't think so much and stay on Caesar business.

“Excellent infrastructure. Incompetent personnel”

I selected this hotel due to its central location, new construction, and included breakfast (expensive in most other hotels). Overall, I really wanted to like this place. It's clean, well located, new, and the external sound insulation of their windows is incredible (not the same with other rooms thou). But the quality of the people they hired is really low. I had so many "small" issues that I don't even want to start listing them, and I *know* the owners could have chosen better (I was born in Chile). I'd recommend this hotel if you go for a short trip, and you won't need too many services from the hotel. Otherwise, stay at the Sheraton, still the best service I've gotten in Chile...

“Not Really a Business Hotel”

This was a very nice hotel in a great location in the city, but I chose it because I needed a real business center where I could log onto the internet and print out documents. The computers were ok but rather cryptic in setup. None could print to the printer and when the staff tried to help me, they had to save the file I wanted to print to a flash drive and printed it out on a very bad printer behind the desk. I really could not review the material as I needed to, so I gave up. I spoke to the very nice staff members and tried to find a solution, but none was to be had. Bottom line, nice hotel, nice people, but not really on their game.
