“nice, new, efficient, small hotel very well located”

very nice hotel. all brand new. prices are very competitive. only disadvatages are: room size (pretty small compared to normal 4/5 star hotels) and walls are very thin which means that noise from outside is heard in the rooms

“Great example of quality and value!”

The only criticism that could be made was that the walk to the town center took about 20 mins. Not long, but in the heat of mid-summer it was worth mentioning. But the plus points so far outweighed this criticism, that I am almost reluctant to mention it. The other side of the coin is that being further away from the town centre meant a very peaceful environment!

Area recommendations

Providencia. Indeed any area of Santiago is well worth visiting

Getting around

Beware of taxis if you are going to a difficult address that is not Central. I actually had to buy my taxi driver a map. And a second time, I had a taxi driver apologise for getting lost twice. They don't do map exams like in London The Underground is absolutely the best in the world!
