“Great location, great service, ocean-view balcony”

We had a great stay in Santander, and this hotel definitely contributed to that. All of the rooms have a balcony with a view of the ocean. I needed an adaptor for my netbook, and the woman at the front desk dug out a box of adaptors and chargers that guests had left behind (unfortunately, nothing that worked for me, but I appreciated the time and effort). The location is not central, but that is part of its charm. A great beach is right in front of the main entrance. Less than five minutes on foot will take you to a good Mexican restaurant, and a seafront seafood place. Bus stops are close by, and a convenient, very cheap city-run bike rental station is a ten minute walk away; bike paths along the waterfront where you can drop off the bike at one of 4 or 5 stations. Each day costs 1 Euro, with a charge of 60 cents per hour. Ask at the front desk and I am sure they would be happy to explain to you how it works.
