Check-in awful. Not friendly, reservation details screwed up, took over an hour to sort out, air conditioning not working, not enough beds in rooms as per bookings. I am seeking full refund. Ruined holiday.

very good location - opp train station - near beach - nice location - food was ok - but its NOT english 4* - no way - they charge for room safes - TV in rooms real real crap - nice balcony but very small uncomfortable plastic chairs - room dirty - they very mean with towels and shampoo and no locks on toilet - big room - my wife stated it was like a nice HOSTEL - felt very Russian - but nice location and pool ok - gym very poor - we had family in a hotel 4* a few doors down and that was really 4* - hotel seems old now

We enjoyed staying in the the Hotel Mercury although there were few drawbacks. The food wasn't that good quality as it should be in 4 stars hotel. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for all inclusive staying. Half board was enough.

The hotel was OK. The location albeit at the end of the strip was right by the local trainline (not noisy), train runs right along side main strip and they were on time and regular. Tickets had to be bought the hotel side of the road mind and not at the platform (€19.80 return 2 x adults) We were only there Fri till Mon but went Full Board. But don't expect any type of drink with your evening meal as even water had to be bought. You only got free tea, coffee, juice and water with breakfast. Can't comment on lunch as we were out. Didn't sample.much of the evening entertainment as again we were out and about but what we did see wasn't much to write home about

Hotel need updating Rooms very basic, our bedding haven't been changed even once during 7 nights stay... Food good, lots of fish, salad, chips :) and vegetarian option- sadly always pasta... Staff- nice, polite, helpful, great receptions Lesle- very helpful always smiling

Good hotel
Train station just across the road so ideal and cheap for visiting other costal resorts and Barcelona. Beach 5 mins walk. Hotel and pool clean. We were all inclusive and had a good daily choice of food and drink and were served by friendly staff. I would recomend this hotel.

Room air conditionig in room was non existence. Had to pay for wi fi as had a phone and tablet . Not enough Sun beds round pool , was a mad dash at 9 am , All gone in 3 minutes . Breakfast not English friendly, bacon and beans only once in 6 days was very poor.

Brilliant Hotel a Must to Book
This hotel has a 4star rating but I would rate it as follows, Firstly the hotels reception is situated in the wrong position to the rest of the hotel which spoils the natural flow so I would rate this as a 3 star, Secondly the food was very good but I would rate this as a 3 star +, 3 the pool area is brilliant and because of the strict rules you can only access this via the bar area which is closed until 9:00am thus stopping people from putting out towels from when the sun rises unless you go out through the reception and into the pool area from the front of the hotel, even then the people who have flouted the rules get a shock when the cleaners and pool attendant have removed the offending persons towels all to the end of the pool area, there are also areas where it is quieter to sunbathe if you need this plus areas of grass to relax on. I stayed at this hotel in June 2015. ALL OF THIS AT A 2 STAR PRICE

I was not impressed with the condition of the bathrooms its not it wasn't clean it just needs some new shower units and wash basins. We had to complain and they gave us another room but that only just done the job!

Estancia en general la regular, pq para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas superior hay varias cosas que en hoteles inferiores de categoría son mejores. Sobretodo la comida, escasa y poca variedad y encima no reponen con normalidad.

Uhøflig betjening i receptionen. da jeg ankom om natten. Meget støj i det eneste lokale der var ifm baren, et slags cafeteria, hvor der ofte var meget støj fra musik og aktiviteter så udover at sidde på værelset eller ved poolen var der ikke noget område man kunne sidde i nogenlunde ro og drikke en kop kaffe. Ikke engang i læserummet, der var der også ofte højt musik. Men ellers fint ophold, fin service i spisesalen og rengøringspersonale var venlige og også i receptionen udover ved ankomst. Hotellet lå centralt ift strand og butikker og togstation.

La limpieza muy basica y nos dejaron pelos mojados en el suelo de la habitacion, los acensores mojados y con basos de plastico dentro, la camida bien y la habitacion la pedí con dos meses de antelacion y me diron con vistas al parking pedi cambio y no tenian hueco y el wifi no hay nada de conexion.

En mi opinión el hotel corresponde a un 3*, habitaciones muy pequeñas, comida regular. No tuvieron en cuenta nuestros comentarios al hacer la reserva, y nos dieron una habitación con balcón que daba a una galería, peor imposible. Afortunadamente nos cambiaron de habitación. Las camas son todas muy incómodas, las almohadas peor aún, y la tele minúscula. Algunas habitaciones no tienen ni neverita. Vale la pena si lo encuentras por un ofertón tirado de precio, pero no si vas a pagar un precio normal.

wij hadden voor 1 overnachting geboekt als overbrugging naar onze vliegreis. werd voor weinig geld dit 4 sterrenhotel aangeboden,met volpension. wij hebben een redelijk verblijf gehad,maar prijstechnisch ging het wel.

Très agréable confort, propreté, proximité de la plage, divers promenades et activités. Un gros point à améliorer,la nourriture franchement immangeable certain jours et je ne suis pas difficile.

Van buiten oogt het hotel zeer goed en ook van binnen lijkt het in eerste instantie erg mooi . Al snel blijkt dat er hier en daar nog wel wat achterstallig onderhoud is en dat de badkamer erg sleg is afgewerkt , vooral het douche gedeelte met de douchewand zijn in slechte staat . Het personeel is niet echt vriendelijk en al helemaal niet behulpzaam . De toegang naar de kamers gaat met een pasje , helaas zijn we in totaal meer dan 20x terug moeten gaan omdat deze niet meer werkte (zonder dat deze in de buurt van de telefoon werden bewaard ) . Het eten was in een hele grote kantine , waar je niet het ID kreeg dat je in een sjiek hotel was . Verder was de hygiëne ver te zoeken met het opruimen /schoon maken van de tafels . De doekje om de tafels schoon te vegen , hing bij de meeste over de afvalbak waar de etensresten in werden gegooid . Verder veel mensen uit oost Europa die all incusive hadden geboekt en hier goed gebruik van maakte.

Vi (2 voksne og en pige på 11) boede i 4 dage på Mercury Hotel med all inclusive. Oplevelsen var dårlig, da standarden var meget, meget lav på alting. Det eneste positive der kan siges er, at parkering var gratis. Maden var dårlig, da der var meget lidt at vælge imellem og der var endda lange køer til alle måltider. Der var også køer til drikkevarer uanset hvilket tidspunkt du var tørstig, og der var kun 1 bar til alle gæsterne på hotellet. Man måtte ikke bestille drikkevarer hvis man var våd (dvs man måtte ikke komme fra poolen og bestille drikkevarer), og der måtte kun bestilles to ad gangen, så vi måtte være 2 personer for at få til os tre hver gang. Ingen luftlegetøj i poolen, mega dårligt internet og ingen service overhovedet. Der skulle være entertainment hver dag, men det var noget sølle show hver anden dag, der ikke var værd at bruge sin tid på. De 4 dage var spild af kostbar ferietid

Alt i alt ok men ikke super godt. Maden var meget "almindelig" uden de store overraskelser, det kunne sagtens være bedre. Hotellets underholdning team var til at grine af. Området hotelet ligger på er ideelt med alt tæt på, det er også det eneste der reder hotelet.

On trouve dommage qu'aucun membre a l'accueil ne parle français De plus a l'accueil les membres de l'équipe ne sont accueillant (pas de sourire) Par contre les autres agents de l'équipe (femme de ménage personnel du restaurant .....très sympa) Le parking est un peu cher et en plus la carte ne fonctionne pas tout le temps Depuis 10 ans qu'on vient je souhaiterais avoir une chambre autre que la vue de l'hôtel d'en face surtout que notre séjour dure une dizaine de jours

Séjour de préparation du printemps en couple.
L'hôtel Mercury était le seul hôtel ouvert en ce début du mois de février, les commerces étaient fermés , nous avions choisi ce lieu pour le repos et le calme. Cet hôtel est d'un bon rapport qualité/prix, même s'il ne mérite pas vraiment ses 4 étoiles,surtout pour la salle à manger et la qualité des buffets.
