It's just a common Motel arrangement n ambience nothing really spectacular. It's just affordable. Staff are Lovely... 👍

the check in lady was very nice However, I do not understand why I had to present all IDs of all the guests. I have never ever been asked for all the guests' IDs anywhere else. Anywhere I had been to, the only one's ID was required was for the person who booked and checked in. The beds and the lamp needed maintainence. The shower was very hard to keep the water in.

Male staff upon arrive was rude. Pretty sure there was prostitution happening in a few rooms. Tried to complain and nothing. Was woken up to the sound of cops out side and the gardener at 7 am

Do NOT let them put you in a room in the front of the motel. Traffic noise from the freeway, located just a few yards away, will keep you up all night.

The room was nice. Everything was clean and worked. The only thing is it’s close to the freeway. You might hear some noise depending on your room location. But it’s perfect if you need a place to stay for the night.

It’s the Motel 6? Was overpriced for what it is. Room had what was needed; surprisingly, very hot shower in the old school shower pod in the bathroom.

Room facing the outside world noisy near the freeway. Inside rooms are better facing the pool. Staff at all times. Extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Great place to eat down the street... Jack's, recommended by the hotel and lived up to it.

Rooms are like prison cells, and our toilet was plugged for the whole time we were there. When I phoned the desk on the morning of November 11, the woman was very rude to me, and said that I could come down to the office and “borrow” the toilet plunger. This I did, and finally got the toilet to drain, but it quickly plugged up again, indicating a more serious problem in the building… I wonder if other guests were experiencing similar problems on this day? My wife commented that it was sort of like “self service” plumbing on these premises. I would give this place a wide berth!

I booked a non smoking room. As soon as walked in it was obvious that people had been smoking in it. I informed the front desk and requested to switch but there were no nonsmoking rooms available. When I tried to cancel the reservation the front desk made me wait so they could check in the other people despite the fact I was in line before them. They ultimately refunded me and I went elsewhere.
