"Only had a couple of nights but they were wonderful. Good size room with a huge bed which was very comfortable and balcony with view to the volcano. Thermally heated pool was incredible, with a swim up bar and great service. We are vegan so we’re pleased that the hotel had a separate vegan menu with a good selection of tasty food. We ate in both restaurants and enjoyed the view from the 5th floor one especially. If we had to criticise it would be that there was no choice for vegans at the pool bar and little hot choice at breakfast. However when we asked for something the chef made us an amazing “grub” one morning and a tomato dish the other morning. There was the usual fruit and bread and the oats were with water and lots of toppings available. Service was excellent throughout. There is clearly a focus on this. We booked a tour through the hotel to the hanging bridges and other tours are available although of course you can probably get them more cost effectively by going direct. Wished we could have stayed longer; the sounds of running water around the thermal pools and jacuzzis is so relaxing!"
