“Lovely hotel”

Really lovely place to stay, staff really helpful and rooms were great, only down side was that hotel is situated in flight path so may be noisier in peak season. Restaurant Cafe Med was great, good food at reasonable prices better than in the village.

“Relaxation personified”

Everything about our stay was top notch. The resort is beautifully designed. The rooms were very well laid out and equipped. The restaurant on site is good and there are several bars and restaurants nearby. The staff could not have been more helpful. The good bits were: A private garden with BBQ and sun beds; free wi-fi; a TV in the room with good channel selection; a great coffee machine; the resort was about 20% full _ bad for business but great for us; a fantastic pool; privacy _ we could make a noise without disturbing the neighbours. The bits to improve on: the resort was a little remote, we had a need for action after a few days; wi-fi does not reach the rooms; we had to pay for parking, not much but; the gym was a little tired; the pool was cool;

“Comfortable and homely”

Very impressed from arrival to departure. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, and the villa was very comfortable with a lovely private small garden complete with garden furniture and sun beds, shower and barbecue area, overlooking the golf course. Very well equipped with two bathrooms (although we couldn't get the jacuzzi to work), overall we were very happy with our stay and will happily recommend hotel to others.

“fab holliday.”

We had a wonderful week's stay at this hotel and it lived up to all our expectations. Great 3 course meals at pool bar. Just 1 negative, free car park was about 150 yards from reception down hill near golf club house.

“First Class Throughout”

First class unit and amenities , far better than expected . Near the airport so some aircraft noise on changeover days , but not enough to put any resonable person off .

“Great place for a family holiday”

We (family of 5) had an excellent holiday based here at the end of October, despite unusually wet weather on some days. The apartment was spotless and well-appointed, the grounds, pool and pool area very well kept and not at all crowded. Useful welcome pack of milk, coffee etc provided. The food in the pool bar was perfectly adequate but cafe med rather better with very friendly service - the only drawback being that the view is over the car park. The on-site shop is very basic and some of the staff were not very welcoming. However there are two large supermarkets, Mercador and Lidl, within 10 mins drive. We found the adjacent area of apartment developments (in various stages of completion) in Golf del Sur a bit depressing (though not at all visible from the well-landscaped grounds) and its restaurants of variable quality. But there's plenty else to see on Tenerife, all easily accessible as the motorway is less than 10 mins away. Particularly recommended are Los Christianos with nice beach and whale watching trips and Loro Parque wildlife park. It was too cloudy to be worth going to the volcano when we were there. Two small gripes about RTCC: the shutter doors in the apartment were hard to open due to warping, and beware of slipping on the walkways if they're wet. Don't worry about the proximity of the airport though, the noise is not intrusive.

“great hotel”

The hotel was fab, we have a young family and it had everything we needed, 2 playgrounds, 3 swimming pools of which the big childrens pool was shallow enough for the children to play safely in without needing to be held onto, the pool cafe and bar and a bbq on our terrace. The apartment was big and in good condition. We will definitely return. The only downside was that the clouds tend to gather over Golf Del Sur, however the car hire at the hotel was very reasonable and meant we could go to the beach and find some sun on the cloudier days.
