I was greeted at the door even though I checked in near midnight.

Great location

Posted 10-Feb-2015
Pros: The location.
Cons: AC unit can be updated. It broke down but the weather was rainy and cool. It would have been great to get some air circulation inside the room.
Location: Downtown San Luis Obispo.
It was a nice hotel in a great place. Near San Luis Obispo downtown.

Never again very old.. Beds were uncomfortable. Air conditioner was loud. Tabs looked like they were from the 90s.

Quiet and clean hotel with nice Jacuzzi

Posted 19-Jan-2015
It was clean and simple room for the price we paid. Recommend to find the time to sit in Jacuzzi at night and you will see what I am talking about. Beautiful and relaxing ambiance around a pool.

Central location, old school hotel

Posted 07-Jan-2015
Old hotel, minor updates. Old fixtures, carpet, small tube TV, squishy (but decent) beds. No mold or broken things, spa and pool were cool.

Cheap price & cheap accommodations

Posted 06-Jan-2015
Pros: cheap w/ holiday check in. Located close to food and Costco/target Cons: our room had a discolored tub, Stained sheets, and I wasn't to fond of the sliding door entry from the parking lot. If you need a bottom dollar room on the Madonna side of town, and don't need much by way of niceties, then the rose garden in is the ticket.

A great place for an affordable weekend.

Posted 29-Dec-2014
The hotel is older but was very clean and comfortable. Nice bedding and towels. Staff was also very accommodating and friendly. It was nice to have the diner on the same property and location is convenient to the freeway. You can hear some noise from upstairs but really wasn't bad. We will definitely stay again.
