Terrible hotel, substandard facilities, asked for help to staff switching rooms but no one seemed to care. AC was broken, spent 4 nights by myself looking through a broken AC unit/wall wondering when bugs will come out of the wall I reported this to staff but no one seemed to care and I was too busy with my work to argue with anyone. I was hoping someone will eventually follow up but no one ever did, but you, do thank you for that!

the hotel turn off water did not let the guess know - we had no water for about 3 hours, could not take showers, go to the toilet, wash face, brush teeth. this was a total inconvience.

The property is dilapidated and needs some upkeep. The sign has the ‘isson’ missing from Radisson, the bathroom ceiling and toilet seat was chipped. We only stayed one night. The hotel appeared to be understaffed as they had a boys and girls club event and the check in and restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed. It was fine as it was just the one night, but I won’t be going back.

This property is not clean. Under our bed someone had left a dirty underwear. The area where are room was located smelled bad. The gym was very limited. They had a sauna but it had a sign on door saying it was out of service. The gym was dirty puddle of water in the gym for 2 days no one clean it. Also, they have a restaurant in the hotel but it looks like only one person work in it. We went to try and order breakfast and no one came to greet us or help us. This place is cheap. If none of the things I mentioned matter then this might be the place for you as for me and my family is not.

This hotel is like a place that used to be really nice 20 years ago and nobody kept it up. We stayed this weekend for a family event. When we checked in I asked basic questions about the pool hours, restaurant, etc. The staff didn’t have many answers but gave me a paper stating the dining room and bar were closed lunch and dinner both days we were there. I made plans with others based on those amenities so that was a huge issue. Next, There were tons of rooms and very low occupancy but they put us right next to the VERY LOUD elevator. The room was in need of serious upgrades. For example, the wallpaper was peeling off in several areas, there were only 2 working plugs in the room (the rest were behind furniture or broken), the bathroom didn’t have a fan and only 2 outlets. Our party included 4 people so the lack of outlets was a huge problem for charging and getting ready in the morning. The hotel common areas need a refresh as well. The whole place smells musty like the carpet needs to be replaced. We ordered breakfast “to go” Sat morning and it tasted like premade, reheated food. Not something I would expect from a restaurant. We went to the pool Sat night at 9pm (it’s open until 10pm). It was heated and had a hot tub, but no bathrooms so my son had to go wet, all the way in the lobby to use the restroom. Overall, we will not stay here again unless renovations are done. It was comparable to a 2 star motel.

Not the Radisson of the past ...
This property has really gone downhill. Hasn't been updated since ... looks like never. Decor is still 90's. Stained carpet and cheap vinyl installed incorrectly so that it "slaps" against floor when walking on. Unbelievably noisy - can actually hear guests in surrounding rooms toileting habits. Mold in bathroom. Counter so low it hit me at mid-thigh (I'm 5'4"), and toilet as low as in pre-schools - and no, my room was not a wheelchair accessible room. Not one blanket in the room. Room cleaning available only every 3rd day. Water leaking from ceiling in the middle of the lobby and staff stated it's been leaking for quite some time. Wait staff in restaurant walked out with a dirty broom and dust pan in one hand and served coffee in the other hand. Hmmmm .... wonder what goes on behind the closed door to the kitchen. Needless to say, I dined elsewhere.
