The breakfast needs worked on. The scrambled eggs were cold and they did not provide enough cinnamon buns-construction workers there ate all of the first batch and there was no second batch.

Room was very clean, as was the entire hotel. Loved the shower & beds very comfortable. We were on the 2nd floor & you can hear people above moving around their room.

I was impressed with the easiness at check in. Nathan at the front desk was friendly and engaging. I ran into Nathan in the lobby after checking in and he asked if I was pleased with my room? Very uncommon nowadays.

All staff members were welcoming, kind, and helpful. They went out of their way to greet every person as we came and went throughout our stay, often by name. Luggage trolleys were always available to move personal belongings to and from the room. The secret stash of warm cookies by the front desk was a happy surprise each afternoon after a long day of work. Breakfast selections were very much appreciated- especially the papaya orange guava juice! Use of the computer and printer in the business center helped me complete important work during my stay. WiFi was consistently available. A printed guide in the room for television stations would be helpful. It was difficult to find local news and weather stations without that. The entire hotel and the rooms were efficiently kept immaculate. This was my second stay, and I would not hesitate to return in the future. It is a comfort to know each stay will most certainly be pleasant and problem free.

Staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We were in town to visit a family member who was in hospice care, so having a serene sanctuary during a difficult time meant a lot to my family and I.

decent stay
room is clean and looks pretty new. There is a water station in the lobby which provides hot water, cold water, coffee and hot chocolate, which is nice for us. My room is pretty quiet except the ventilation fan making loud sound, but doesn't bother us much while we sleep. The foot steps from upstairs woke me up around 6ish.

The staff is very attentive and dedicated, all the way from folks serving breakfast to the front desk. Room was very clean and practically brand new! We stayed for one night, excellent hotel for a stay!

The hotel was conveniently located, clean, and had great customer service. The rooms were accommodating, bed comfortable, and atmosphere was great. The free breakfast was filled with plenty of options and the quality was much better then other places I have stayed in the past. Will be staying here again in the future when visiting family.

Convenient on/off freeway. Very clean throughout hotel. Upgrade coffee & tea supplied. Windows need to be fixed as heavy freeway noise is constant. Mattresses had dips from use.
