Nice hotel, spacious room and bathroom. Close to beach, docks, and restaurants. I would stay here again.

We travel to this general area several times a year and have previously stayed at lodging that was over priced and over rated. For our purposes this motel is a winner and the one for us on future trips. Very clean and a very confortable mattress.

Morro Bay is lovely and this hotel was nice. It was clean, comfortable and well-sized. I would recommend this hotel as being good value for the price, good location. We'll be back!

The managers were very nice and easy walking distance to the waterfront.

For an inexpensive place to stay, that's in close proximity to most of Morro Bay's attractions, this is the place to go. The rooms are clean, though not fancy. No extras; i.e. a pool, jacuzzi, etc., but we don't require those amenities when we go to Morro Bay.

When we go back to Morro Bay we would stay at the Fireside again.

The person who checked us in seemed to be put out by the inconvenience. Not what I would call friendly...but not rude either.

We checked in right at 3:00 due to a cranky 5 year old boy. The owner or manager was very nice and polite. He was actually painting one of the rooms. Our room was nice, clean and large. A new bathtub was nice. Bed very comfortable. Flat screen T.V. No worries.

This is an older property. It's "nothing special" but is entirely comfortable and clean. In terms of value, it's off the top of the scale!

There were three in our party (two rooms) and we decided the upstairs rooms are definitely nicer than the downstairs. Don't be afraid to tackle the stairs if you're capable. The towels were scratchy, but othe than that, for the price is was fine. It appears to be a husband and wife team and they are very good at trying to fill your needs We would stay again. .
