“Would likely try another place”

Room had most of the features we wanted: 2 queens, refrigerator, and microwave. It did not, however, have a pull-out sofa bed as Expedia indicated. Room doors open to parking lot which was convenient but noisy-- didn't get the best rest with all the noise from people talking outside and driving. Beds and pillows weren't as comfortable as I'd expect in this price range but not terrible. Check-in was not the most pleasant-- the guy complained about me using Expedia instead of Best Western's own site repeatedly. Check-out was much better and breakfast was good. There are many other hotel options within a mile to the north-- would try another next time.

“excellent value”

We just needed a place to spend the night. Rolled in at midnight and were warmly welcomed. Room was much nicer than we expected after a few other stays in motels that were just 10 - 20 dollars cheaper. Bathroom was especially comfortable. Enjoyable breakfast in the morning. Would definitely stay there again.

“GREAT HOTEL”

I HAD A VERY NICE ROOM, PEACEFULL AND RELAXING. THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD WITH LOTS OF CHOICES. POOL AND SPA WERE CLEAN. COULD NOT HEAR OUTSIDE NOISES.

“Very clean room and good for a family with young children”

Room was very clean and big enough for 2 adults and a baby. Bathroom was also very spacious and it was convenient for us to give our baby a bath. There are a lot of fast-food shops/restaurants nearby.

“Very satisfied! You will be too.”

Very pleased with this hotel. Front desk staff was very friendly and changed us to a bottom floor room with no hassle. I have a son with autism who likes to jump so a ground floor room was a must. Room was clean and well prepped. Everything worked including the free wifi. The bathrooms are huge for this size of a hotel room. Separate sink outside the bathroom is nice as well. Water gets hot and isn't the slimy hotel water that won't feel like you got a good rinse in the shower. The television is the only thing that is lacking. Channel selection is excellent. Continental breakfast was excellent. Pastries, muffins, oatmeal, toast, fruit, OJ, coffee, milk, hard boiled eggs, waffle bar etc....plenty for everyone and no odd looks as we loaded up and took it all back to the room. Didn't try the pool but it looked nice and well maintained. Ice makers are the best I've used. Small fridge and microwave in room are adequate. I'd recommend this hotel without fail.
