The booking says it's a no-frills hotel so my expectations were not high. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it came with a fridge, separate freezer, microwave, fireplace and a lighted mirror which was extremely helpful. The water pressure was a little above average and someone came in, made the bed, and gave fresh towels daily. There was dust accrued on top of the appliances and lamps which made me question how often other services were done. It did not have a full length mirror which every girl needs, so that was inconvenient; other than that, the room was a pleasant surprise.
My biggest complaints were that the wifi did not work. If this had been a business trip, I would have been extremely disappointed that I could not get my computer to connect. I ended up relying upon my own cellular service to do anything on my phone. Finally, there are hidden fees that no one tells you about. I booked through hotels.com and was given a total after using the new key-something rewards. The price for my stay was more. The front desk blamed it on hotels.com and hotels. com blamed it on the hotel, so I paid about 100 more for my 5 night stay than I should have. Not sure if I will be revisiting.
