First day we were there we arrived early, check in was at 3pm and we had to kill 3 hours. Manny kept us well cocktailed hahaha. 1 hour later Gladys got us in the room. Mateo was a superb bartender, very accommodating. The place is not a big resort is a very cozy place small place. Not a place for kids, but more for couples that will be coming out of the room only for air wink wink. The beach is great at only a few steps. No taxi needed, we walked everywhere! Sure you get sweaty in the heat but that's part of the fun. Best 7 days spent, I can't wait to return.

We arrived a few days prior to the cruise. Hotel is across the street from ship port. Casino on site.The hotel had our room ready. It was clean and walking distance to everything! They held our bags until we were ready to get on the ship. We hung out in the pool located on the 9th floor and it has views of the port. My husband lost his wallet in the hotel prior to cruise. The hotel found it and called him. I was happy everything was in it! They get Kudos for honesty and integrity. Overall, the hotel room is okay. Considering the amount of time we spend in the room it was great. Location and quick access to the port was our concern. We took advantage and took the ferry over to Catano and toured Bacardi. We walked to the fort and shopped old San Juan. Wonderful restaurants in walking distance but we were told by other hotel guests the food at the hotel was great.
This hotel was great and exceeded all our expectations! The infinity pool was amazing and the view was great specially at night! The staff was very helpful and accommodating of any request. I will definitely come back and stay longer next time.
When we arrived at Casablanca, Miguel, the man at the desk, came out to help us bring in luggage and tell us where to park. He was so friendly and helpful. We stayed tow nights and were sad to leave. I'll be back for sure.
We loved the look of this hotel. Beautifully done. The personnel were friendly and helpful. Our room had a lovely private veranda. We loved the shower in our room. The view from the rooftop is spectacular and the rooftop decor is exquisite.
