“Super-comfy bed!”
Very nice hotel and experience. Delicious bed and delicious food at Three Degrees. They even leave a chocolate-chip cookie on your pillow each day! Room was a little cold and they called me at 9:30 p.m. to ask me to sign something which was really jarring at that hour...but otherwise, I thought it was great.
“Would definitely stay there again.”
The room was very comfortable. It had everything I needed and some. I was impressed to see a microwave and a small refigerator and even bathrobes.
“Not Impressed”
Not impressed at all. Check in went well and then it all went down hill from there. They said that they had a noise policy but the Hotel was so loud that we couldn't go to sleep until after 11:00 pm. Then we had turned down the sheets from the bed and put them on the floor because they were dirty and the put the same dirty sheets back on the bed. We called to complain and had to argue with the front desk about it and then they still didn't believe us and they had to send someone to look at the sheets in person. WOW, WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!
“Great Location”
I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, especially my room. It was probably the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in. I was only there for one night so I did not see much of the property, but found it very nice overall. It was very professional of the staff to also remember my last name when I checked out even before I mentioned which room I was checking out of.
“ハイテクアリアに割と近いリゾート型ホテル”
San Joseからは車で20分くらいですが、落ち着いた街並みの中にあり、リゾートに向いたホテル。 環境もよく静かですごしやすいです。 すぐ近くにある LosGatosのダウンタウンもきれいお店がいろいろあって歩いて散策可能です。
