“Good if no alternative”
Good friendly service in a basic hotel
“The hotel room look much older than the pictures they show”
The room was small and the furniture is worn. The hallway looked dirty. The price is too high for the quality. Not worth the money. They did have hot breakfast and helpful staff.

“Mixed Bag”
I could see from the sign-in sheet with my info on it that I had previously been assigned to room 410. I had made my reservation at least 2 months in advance. Yet the young lady behind the counter asked me if I absolutely needed two beds. When I replied that I did & asked why, she said the only 2-bed suite they had at the moment was room 202 "up a short flight of stairs." I thought that was rather odd, but since they were still providing the 2 beds I didn't make an issue of it. I was also offered assistance with my luggage, which helped. The room was just fine, with everything in working order & very solid & clean & attractive. HOWEVER, I think it must have been the only room with a view of a cement wall 2 feet from the window, since it was behind the front facade of the building. I really didn't think that situation was the proper way to do things. Since we weren't hungry right away in the morning, we decided to get on the road & have breakfast in Santa Rosa, so I can't rate the hot breakfast buffet. I just feel that this hotel is not as reliable or trustworthy as I would like, as far as being able to recommend it to anyone, or to stay here again.
“Nice Hotel in Palo Alto / Mountain View”
Rooms are very comfortable and furniture is nice. I have returned to this hotel numerous times because it is a very good value.

特に悪い所はないです。部屋も綺麗ですし、清潔です。冷蔵庫もあります。

秋季セール で30% 割引の価格で宿泊しました。 朝食には２種類のベーグルがあったので美味しく食べれました。 しかし４、５星のホテルの朝食と比べると当然格段と落ちると思いますが、この価格だと納得できるものだと思います。 ここのいいところは外のプールの脇にあるジャグジーは夜１０時まで入れるところでしょうか。どうしても部屋にあるバスタブにお湯をためても入った気がしないのでそれは良かったです。 夕食は82号線沿いマウンテンビュー、カストロ通り方面右側に車で５分のところにWholeFoodsという食に拘ったスーパーがありお惣菜がかなり豊富にあったのでここで買ってきて食べました。安上がりでしかも美味しいので食事には困りませんでした。 以上
