“Horrible Experience!”

The hotel had boogers on the wall and it looked like there was blood stains on the ceiling. It was dark and dingy. The towels were so thin, it took 3 towels just to dry me off. I do not recommend this hotel.

“Do not stay here”

This hotel is a bad location. Dirty rooms, bathtubs filled with mildew, old tv's, dirty pool, continental breakfast is 2 kinds of cereal and one plate of bad danish. we stayed in one room for 3 days and hairdryer never worked despite everyday informing staff. There are several other hotels nearby at or near it's rate. Stay with them.

“DRUG DEALERS!!!!”

NOT SAFE PLACE TO STAY OR BRING YOUR FAMILY. Nothing was clean, swimming pool was not usable, there were blood stains on the sheets, no customer service. ~~Worst of all, there were drug deals there all the time as well I was propositioned for sex as someone thought I "worked there" Please do not stay here if you want to feel safe

“Terrible Hotel”

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in the United States. 1. It was not anywhere near the convention center in san jose. It was actually 10 miles away 2. The room had blood in the bathroom which was not cleaned up. 3. The area was not safe 4. The carpet was ripped 5. The room was not cleaned We stayed one nite here and then left. I think this place was absolutely terrible and I want expedia to know this so they do not offer this as part of their package because it reflects poorly on expedia.

“Great for what it is”

I booked this hotel based on it's location, and the rate. Had some friends in the area, and needed a place to crash... the room was very nice, thoroughly clean. I don't really require much service, so I can't vouch for that. There was a really nice outdoor pool that I enjoyed, and a hot tub as well. Overall, there's not a negative thing I can say.
