“Will never go back...”

Well, this hotel needs to be torn down and rebuilt. The condition of the rooms is awful. I first checked in and once I got to the room it was freezing cold - and the heater did not work. The second room had heat but was in as crappy condition as the first one. They really need to overhaul the place and not add layers of paint on top of old. Musty smell throughout the place made the stay even more unpleasant. Will not go back, ever.

“San Jose hotel”

Convenient to airport - superb shuttle service - polite driver and check-in person - hotel is a basic hotel, but clean and that is so important! Would stay again if I needed a hotel because of flight connections.

“compact, convenient & clean”

Exceed my expectation for the price I paid. Staffs were very nice and helpful when I arrived at 1030pm. Room was good and clean, however the air conditioner was a bit weird that it's either too hot or too cold... the bed and pillow wasn't comfy... so I didn't sleep well. >_< the hotel location was absolutely awesome! will go back for my next business travel!

Westfiled Valley Fair Mall at San Jose is great for shopping! LV, Tiffany, XXI, Northstorm, Macy's...etc. Awesome shopping experience!

“San Jose good value hotel”

Overall, we had 2 rooms. They were both clean, good and fine for a 2 night stay in San Jose.

“Good value”

This hotel was clean and very close to the airport. TV line up was sparse with very basic channels and HBO with an older TV. Room, outdoor pool, fitness area, restaurant, bar, and lobby were clean and well kept. Overall a very good value for the dollar. This hotel was $40 more for a three night stay than the Motel 6 just down the street and more than worth the extra money.

“Fairly good place, good location, reasonably priced”

The location is pretty good - near the airport, across the street from the Mariott which was priced $100 higher. The hotel looked nicer than I expected in the common areas, The room was fine - clean but nothing special. I didn't get much chance to try out the services/food much, but the folks at the front desk were helpful enough with directions/taxis/shuttles.
