In need of an upgrade

Pros: Front desk staff friendly
Hotel is in need of a remodel upgrade. Dusty room, bathtub needed to be replaced. Hallways and garbage areas need cleaning. Pool and garden area needs attention.

Location: not close to anything
Terrible hotel. Floor lamp unplugged. No place to plug in. Lampshade all coffee stained. Crumbs at base of night table, crumbs and pills on floor by bed. Dead flies in bathtub & behind amenities on sink. Grout all moldy. White, thick gunk over the toilet paper holder. Only 1 coffee packet. Asked for more coffee & was told we could get some in the morning. Four small & very lumpy pillows on bed. Only 1 of our card keys worked. Had to go to front desk twice to get it to work. Alarm clock not working. Found it jammed behind the night table the next day. No do not disturb sign. We only got in after midnight, & the maid was knocking 8:30 am. Slippery bathtub, no anti-slip mat. Plug nightmare at coffee maker, microwave & hairdryer. Cereal at backdoor for 4 days!.. When I told the maid, she laughed. Wake up call requested for 6:60 am, got called at 7:50 am.

Dirty & Dated

Pros: ...there was an attractive girl having breakfast in the morning...? Other than that, nothing really.
Cons: A bulldozer could knock it down and build a new hotel on the location...
Location: It is off the freeway...which was good.
The guy at check in didn't know how to process an Expedia reservation. The manager in the morning was nice...but i did have to go back and square the bill with her since the guy at check in was unable to figure my reservation. I had several bags to haul upstairs to my second floor room...there is no elevator. Hallways dirty...Everything run down and dirty. I actually slept on top of the covers because it was all a bit concerning! The breakfast buffet was OK, nothing exceptional. I would not stay here again. There is a Holidy Inn express about 1000 yards away. Next time, I will stay there.

While a bit older this is a decent value. Clean, friendly and well priced. This place could use a renovation but not bad for hotels in this price range.

Pros: It was right across from the soccer complex where my boys had a tournament.
Overall it was a good experience. The only thing in our room were the windows, they head fingerprint/hands marks everywhere. Hallway walls need painting. Beds were comfy and breakfast was good.

Needed a room for family business and chose this hotel. The room was terrible with broken tiles in bathroom and burn holes in the bed comforter. A strange window right near the headboard of the bed required me to wear ear plugs to have a quiet night's sleep. On check in the attendee couldn't have been more apathetic and upon checkout it took 10 minutes just to locate someone. Pay a little more and stay somewhere nicer.
