Pros: Barbara...NOTHING else.
Cons: Cleanliness and the gentleman working the desk was very unpleasant.
Location: Location was fine.
This Hotel was such a disappointment. It smelled horrible and the place was very unclean. One the bright side the graveyard shift on duty, her name was Barbara was a very pleasant person to deal with. We will NEVER stay here again.

Pros: It was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Didn't have time to check out the pool, but it looked inviting.
Cons: Keys working better on outside doors. Notice inside the room as to breakfast hours.
Location: Clos La Chance winery! That's all I know as we went to a wedding there.
Just needed place to stay, nothing fancy required. We missed the breakfast. My husband went down to find out where it was at about 9 a.m. and was only able to get the last cup of coffee. Luckily, my brother was up extra early and got food for him, his wife, and our parents. Also the coffee pot part of our in-room coffee maker was missing. I'm sure my husband had been told what time the food would be out, but there was no mention of it in our room. The key cards rarely worked on the first or second time to enter the building. I saw other people having trouble too. Overall, we were all very comfortable and the price was right.

Poor to no TV reception. Room not made up 2nd day or trash emptied or coffee restocked. Badly soiled outer shower curtain.

Broken everything!

The worst Quality Inn we have ever stayed at. The jacuzzi didn't work, TV in room didn't work, the shower was disgusting. The staff was great. The beds were comfortable and our non smoking room smelled like cigarettes.

Great location for 4th of July

The gentleman that helped book and confirm a front facing room was reat and the only reason service is getting a 3. when the chain to the toilet flushing mechanism broke, I called 2 times, was promised that someone would come to repair it and no one came up. after 3 hours I went to the front desk and asked for repair and they gave me an old chain with cover that was broken to try and replace it ourselves. It was broken as well. When my husband tried to fix it he found that only a metal tie wrap was holding the chain...he just rigged it to work since we were only there for 1 night. Weird reddish brown splatters on the ceiling of the room...we didn't even what to know what that may be! For watching the fireworks across the street, location was great! It was like a 100 yard walk to get into the festivities.

The hotel is a little tired but the room was clean and the gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating and nice. The first room they gave us was facing the interstate and the phone didn't work so we asked to be moved to the other side with a working phone. The staff was very accommodating and apologized and moved us to the other side of the hotel. The pool was clean. The Jacuzzi wasn't very warm but they were working on it. The location is perfect if you are at the sports complex across the street as you can walk back and forth and hit the pool in between games. I'd stay there again for sure. It's not the Ritz but you get what you pay for.

So probably doesn't earn the top rating I've given, but I need to offset the horrible reviews. This is a decent hotel, friendly front desk. Bed is comfortable, rooms clean and fresh. I've stayed in many a flea bag hotel, this is not one of them. A great alternative when flying out of San Jose, if you don't want to pay the price of staying in San Jose.
