Pros: It was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Didn't have time to check out the pool, but it looked inviting.
Cons: Keys working better on outside doors. Notice inside the room as to breakfast hours.
Location: Clos La Chance winery! That's all I know as we went to a wedding there.
Just needed place to stay, nothing fancy required. We missed the breakfast. My husband went down to find out where it was at about 9 a.m. and was only able to get the last cup of coffee. Luckily, my brother was up extra early and got food for him, his wife, and our parents. Also the coffee pot part of our in-room coffee maker was missing. I'm sure my husband had been told what time the food would be out, but there was no mention of it in our room. The key cards rarely worked on the first or second time to enter the building. I saw other people having trouble too. Overall, we were all very comfortable and the price was right.

Poor to no TV reception. Room not made up 2nd day or trash emptied or coffee restocked. Badly soiled outer shower curtain.

Broken everything!

The worst Quality Inn we have ever stayed at. The jacuzzi didn't work, TV in room didn't work, the shower was disgusting. The staff was great. The beds were comfortable and our non smoking room smelled like cigarettes.

Great location to sports complex and nice staff

The hotel is a little tired but the room was clean and the gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating and nice. The first room they gave us was facing the interstate and the phone didn't work so we asked to be moved to the other side with a working phone. The staff was very accommodating and apologized and moved us to the other side of the hotel. The pool was clean. The Jacuzzi wasn't very warm but they were working on it. The location is perfect if you are at the sports complex across the street as you can walk back and forth and hit the pool in between games. I'd stay there again for sure. It's not the Ritz but you get what you pay for.

Disgusting that's it. Towels brown and stained. They need new washing machine.

Not what we expected

We have stayed, several times before, at Quality inn motels. Our experience had being pleasurable before. Not this time. It is obvious that maintenance is very poor, and neglectful in this location. We where given a room that was already occupied. We where moved twice from room to room. The access door from the parking lot was not working, the phone at one of rooms was not working,the switch of two lights in two diferent rooms was not working. One of the rooms was not clean. In general, our experience was not what we used to have before. I'm very disappointed.
