Good location with a convention center and walking distance to Levi's studiam. Clean and confortable room equipped with up-to-date devices. Staffs were all kind and friendly.

Pros: I liked our view of Levi Stadium and the bed was comfy.
Cons: I would like if they would change the sliding barn doors on the bathroom... something about hearing my boyfriend use the bathroom was most unpleasing!
I was generally pleased with this hotel until I realized how thin the walls were! I could hear my next door neighbor skyping with wife about what food they wanted to buy and where they should get them from for the party they were having next weekend... strawberries, a cake... etc. Farmer's Market, Trader Joe's, or Costco. I am very glad that they were not having a conversation that was actually private or confidential. That could have been quite embarrassing for everyone!

Okay stay

Customer service was great. The staff were nice and welcoming. There were times they took the time to say hello as I walked in and out of the enterance. The location was great BC the movies was close by along with a few restaurants within a reasonable 10 minute or less drive. My complaint is for the price, the room was disappointingly bland. The way the room was decorated it didn't feel like a $150+ a night room. More like a $90 a night room. The bathroom was tiny and it didn't looked kind of old. Questionably clean. Overall it was okay. Would recommend if you are paying promotion price. The expensive price tag you're paying for is the Hyatt name along with the fancy lobby

Nice hotel, close to the new stadium

Pros: The ambience and amenities were nice.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Any event taking place at Levi's stadium.
I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt. The drinks were good and the room was nice.

Went out of the way to help me

Long story short, the staff helped me when I arrived very late and I had problems with my reservations i had booked earlier through a third party, not to mention new credit cards that needed activation. I was left with little hope. The front desk took me under there wing and handled all the phone calls to clear up the confusion, opened the computer room so i could activate my cards and before i knew it i had a card to my room. Thank you
