“easy airport access”
clean room, easy check in/out, easy airport access.

Hotel is great. Was our 2nd visit. Everyone is very helpful. Definitely will stay again. Also the breakfast was fantastic...A+.......all the way!!!!!!!!!!!!
“Would Stay there again”
The only issue was getting the hair dryer to work. Good breakfast, it had a small facility room but the equipment is good. Was convenient to everything I needed.
“Good downtown location”
This hotel is a good location if you need to be downtown. it has easy access to the 101 and the 880. The room was comfortable too and goes well for those on business. Free wi-fi (though slow), a desk, in-room refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and iron/ironing board. pool area is small but it does have a jacuzzi. fitness room is limited but there is one. saw a couple computers in the front desk lobby. complimentary breakfast had juice, coffee, pastries, cereal but was nothing special or out of this world. only annoying thing was hearing the footsteps from the room above me. also noticed a sign at the entrances stating that the building contains "chemicals known to cause cancer or harm" or something like that with information about it at the front desk as required by law, but if you're only there for a couple days shouldn't be too bad. not much traffic in the area. didn't see a nearby grocery store so might want to stop before to pick up some food. restaurants in the area looked like tourist traps, but didn't eat in any of them. looked relatively safe too, front desk also had a view of the front parking lot area so shouldn't have to worry about your car.
“Very clean, quiet, and comfortable room - for a great price!”
Only stayed there for one night - but it was easy to find, close to the airport, and everything we needed for a one-night-stay. The room was big, clean, quiet, and very comfortable, plus, they put out a great continental breakfast in the morning. After just staying in a very expensive hotel in Pebble Beach, it was nice not to have to pay $4 for a cup of coffee in the morning!
“Very nice hotel”
This hotel was convenient and well-appointed. It's very close to the airport, and the free airport shuttle was one of the reasons I chose the hotel. The staff were friendly. The free breakfast wasn't the best I've had, but hey, it's free, and much more convenient than having to go through a drive-through.
“Excelent”
The hotel was comfortable, clean, the service staff was helpful and friendly, for the price I paid, I felt I received an outstanding bargain on my trip.
“Great Hotel”
The hotel was great and the customer service was great. The one small issue was the breakfast i the morning. The cheese omelette tasted like it was powdered eggs. The other food in the breakfast bar was good especially the cinamon buns !!
