“convenience”

The room is clean and comfortable. I booked a taxi to airport on 5:00am the night before my leaving, but the front desk didn't really write it down. So in the morning, I have to call another taxi to pick me up, I almost missed my flight because of it.

“Great America Parkway Hilton”

Hotel is in excellent condition, the service was prompt and thorough, the bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was very clean. The location is very accessible to food, coffee, and other. The freeway is about 2 blocks away to make access easy to local areas of interest. The SJC airport is about 7 minutes away. Great spot!

“Excellent convntion hotel”

Our stay at the Hilton was beyond what I expected. The service, especially the bell and front desk personnel was excellent. The computer in the business center would not allow me to web check in my airline flight. The front desk gal did it for me. The only drawback -there is only 1 restaurant that was pricey. With no transportation, we had to walk several blocks for a restaurant. The Hilton is an excellent location if you are attending a conference/convention at the convention center. It's close proximity to the airport is a plus also. The next time, I'll rent a car for the convenience.

“Great Bar Staff!!!”

The bartender was fantastic! We stayed in 2 different rooms. The Executive Suite was excellent. The regular King Suite was not nearly as nice but both were comfortable.

Area recommendations

Santana Row was a nice place for eating and drinking with other young business professionals.

“Great Stay”

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were the best. Very friendly, helpful, cheerful and always there when you needed them. The housekeeping staff were excellent and our room was kept impeccably clean and orderly. We will definitely stay here again.

“Great Hotel”

The Hilton was a great experience. We did the executive breakfast and it was fantastic -- definitely do that. We went during labor day and it didn't have very much bad traffic. If your going to Great America this its the best hotel to stay in...and easy acces to freeways for other travels in other parts of the Silicon Valley!

“A great selection when in the area of Santa Clara Convention Center”

I had to attend a meeting at the Santa Clara convention center, and found this hotel on Expedia. The ratings were high, so I booked a room with breakfast and was very pleased with the room AND the breakfast. The location is convenient (across the street, about 1 block walk) to the Convention Center. Parking is free at the hotel. Quite close the freeway. When I spoke with those who stayed at the Hyatt, I was told the rooms were cold. The Hilton was comfy, the room nice, so I am very pleased I ended up there. Very quiet even though outside, the planes heading to San Jose airport were quiet low. Good insulation.
