I call to let them know that the TV didn't work and the phone didn't work they ca.e by but couldn't fixs it so had no TV and no phone sucks

Our stay was wonderful. Very clean, spacious and updated. It was quiet, had nice breakfast and great coffee with a variety of choices. Staff was very friendly And the over all atmosphere was great. I will stay here again.

Stacey - concierge worked very hard to accommodate my family as we checked in late and needed more toiletry. She walked it over to our room without questions. Definitely will stay here again.

Chose this property because it was right across the street from the fairgrounds where we had an event and could walk right over. Location was perfect. The hotel had free parking so saved the $20 fairground parking fee. The rooms were clean, very spacious and the beds were comfortable. We were impressed with continental breakfast, it was actually bomb!

The property was really nice, our room was spacious and our beds were really comfortable. The only thing was that in the morning people would slam their doors. Other than that great service

The person at the counter during check out, Alexis, was rude and confirmed such. I asked to pay cash when I checked in and apparently the employee did not leave a note stating this. I was told that I should have told him (the person checking me out), but was not given that opportunity since he had already charged my credit card. No parking. Copious homeless individuals in proximity. I didn't feel safe getting out of my car. No thanks, never again.

There was one thing that upset us was the fact of finding a cockroach in the bathroom on the wall. Made me wonder if it came from the ceiling vent. We were discussed and checked out before check out time.

Booking Issue but stay was still good.
We requested a room with 2 queens bed but when we got there they told us they did not have any room with our request. They told us they had us booked under a room with a Kings bed. Though we didn't get the room we requested for everything else was good. The staff were very nice and welcoming. The breakfast was good. The place was close to a shopping plaza which helped because we ended up doing some night run for my baby. It was also a straight shot to the civic center within 15 mins.

Like: Cleanliness, friendly staff, close to restaurants in the areas. Dislike: junk cars along the street. Feel unsafe to walk around. Not the hotel’s fault. Hope that area will be cleaned up starting with the success of the hotel. We will return in the future.

thank you for your honest options, we do our best to keep the hotel clean with friendly staff. Unfortunately what i cant control is on the outside of my hotel , i have talk with the police about the homeless problem and they said they are doing the best they can for the moment

Loved our stay, we chose this hotel since it was around the corner from fairgrounds where we planned to attend an evening event. Convenient location and loved its services. The only negative was that it got noisy once cleaning began around 10;30 am and we were wanting to continue sleeping
