“Palo Alto Thanksgiving”

Nothing really set Creekside Inn apart from other hotels for me. This may have been due to the time of year, but a good/great hotel wouldn't be relying just on climate to create a pleasant guest experience. Overall, I'd rate it satisfactory, but not great.

“Will stay there on our next visit to the area.”

The hotel is a little oasis, beautiful plantings, ivy, cacti, a fountain, creek, garden seating. It is well located off a busy street, but very quiet. Our room had windows on two sides. The bed was very comfortable. No douvet....thank you, I hate those hot heavy things. All was clean, updated and fresh. We were in the newer part of the hotel. My husband sat with his coffee and danish every morning on the large patio. Other amenities.....guest laundry, work out center and deli on the property. This place is a find!

“Much better than it looks”

Well equipped and comfortable room in a wooded corner of El Camino Real. Nice flat-screen TV and excellent toiletries. A maintenance request was responded to rapidly and efficiently. Great for runners too, just head west along Matadero and take the bike path to the left, scenic and quiet.

“Good Location To Attend A Stanford Event - Free Shuttle Or Easy Two Mile Walk”

Not a high end place, but comfortable and staff was accomodating. Very pretty grounds with big trees, flowers and creek. Skimpy breakfast - muffins and coffee. A good, reasonably priced adjacent restaurant.

“Decent Place in Palo Alto”

This is a motor lodge, very well appointed. Conveniently near the California Ave. Caltrain Station (walking distance). Near fast-food restaurants. Rooms are enormous, quiet, well-appointed, and have balconies. Complimentary (Awesome) continental breakfast and shuttle service (5 mile radius). Would definitely return.

“Perfect for Football Fans”

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Stanford Stadium. It turned out to be a pleasant stay. We had reserved two rooms and each were clean and comfortable. There were good eating places in close proximity to choose from, whether it was sit-down or a quick takout. Their on-site restaurant had a good breakfast too! We would stay here again.

“Has a lot of character and good location”

This hotel has a lush & woodsy feel. Their staff is very nice & accomodating. Their hotel restaurant Cibo has a very good menu and their food is highly recommended, we ate their twice in one day! The location is idea, very close to Stanford University, shops & stores. This is our second stay.
